This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is just three miles from Lewes Beach and four miles from Rehoboth.

The unit combines immediate access to outlet shops and area restaurants with a quiet setting overlooking ponds and fountains. Living space includes a enclosed sun room to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun, as well as a private deck off the master bedroom. The gas fireplace in the living room provides warmth as well as beauty. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom with dual sinks in a large vanity. The second full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway as well as one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has recessed lighting and a pantry cabinet. A full size washer and dryer are located in your own laundry room.

All of this is accessible by an elevator in the center of the building.
