The apartment was perfect -- slightly removed from the centre of town, which helped with noise but an easy walk along the promenade to get into the heart of the city. The view from the balcony was lovely.

Wonderful Place. Right next to the beach and transport stop. We were easily able to travel all over France from this one location. Great restaurants nearby too! There's also an easy commute to the airport. I would highly recommend this place.

This was the very best apartment! It is very clean, the views are absolutely beautiful, and the location is fabulous! The owner, Valerie, is so helpful and very communicative. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.

A wonderful place to enjoy all Nice has to offer!! The apartment is very nice and affords a beautiful sea view from the balcony. It’s got a well appointed kitchen and beach mats and chairs to enjoy the beach across the street. The tram stop to the airport and to Old Town is just around the corner and several market options are nearby. The owner is a delightful lady and very accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Seaside Apartment!

We loved our stay here. Our hosts were so easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and the VRBO app and they were so kind upon arrival. Whenever we weren’t at the beach right outside we spent so much time on the balcony looking at the gorgeous view!

Wonderful sea front views

The appartment is wonderfully located and we were met there by the friendly and efficient owner Valerie. Everything we needed was there, best place we have stayed in Nice, and we would definitely like to return.

Everything needed for a great stay including Champagne! Metro is easy and close as well as food shopping. Beautiful view from flat with close (rocky) beach.

Spectacular View

This property had everything we needed plus the most beautiful view of the Mediterranean and Nice! Close to trams and bus for convenience without a car! Our hostess met us upon our arrival and was very helpful and welcoming!

Great time in Nice

Perfect Home Base for Nice

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment is even better than it looks in photos, and our host, Valérie, was so kind. The location is perfect, only a 2-3 minute walk from the nearest tram station and about 30 seconds from a convenient bus stop that both take about 15 minutes to reach the city. We loved being able to see the beach and coastline from the balcony, and it was a wonderful home base for exploring Nice and neighboring areas. If you are going to Nice, absolutely book this apartment if it is available.

Beautiful spot to stay in Nice

This place was fabulous! The communication with the host was wonderful, she is such a kind person! The apartment was spotless and bigger than the photos reveal. Sitting and having your breakfast on the deck is such a treat. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Also, the tram station and grocery stores are one minute walk away. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous View, Perfect Location

This apartment in Nice is truly a perfect place to experience the city. You have an unbeatable ocean view with a 5 minute walk to a public beach and you are located right next to the airport and a tram line that goes straight downtown. It was a perfect way to experience all the city has to offer.

Clean and tidy apartment with all necessities, located about 10 minutes with tram from the city center. Tram located a few minutes walk away, departures every 4-5 min. Bus stop outside the door with departures every 12-15 min.

Absolutely wonderful stay with a perfect view!

Valerie is an amazing host. She responds immediately and is extremely helpful and accommodating. Her place is absolutely wonderful with a spectacular view that can’t be beat! We loved everything- location, view, the apartment layout. Don’t hesitate to book her place.

Room with a view

The highlight was really the little balcony and the view of the Mediterranean. Valérie was there in person to meet us and orient us to the place. She was helpful in suggesting local restaurants and other amenities.
