I think this is the 6th time we have stayed at the house. Super clean Family friendly the pool is awesome!! Maddie is the most wonderful and accommodating host !! This place is beautiful the view is incredible! I love this house so much it feels like our home away from home. Super relaxing and close to all the parks. We walked to the playground everyday. We fit 10 people in the house comfortably. We will be back !!!

We had the most amazing holiday at this property. Upon arrival the house was clean, tidy and had all the amenities you could need. The resort felt safe and the neighbours quiet thus allowing us a peaceful holiday. The location overlooking the lake was beautiful and we throughly enjoyed watching the vast array of birdlife and fish. The house is 20mins away from Disney but also equidistant between east and west coasts which we also visited. Our sincere thanks to a great host and we hope to return one day.

Wonderful location close to Disney. Immaculate home very clean and welcoming after long days at the parks. Great setting in the lake with southern exposure and backyard screened in pool. Great game room separate from the living room so the kids can watch their own TV and hang out.

Our family truly enjoyed our time in Florida, and having such a wonderful house made the experience even better. The five bedrooms and four full baths were perfect for our family of ten. On days when we weren’t visiting the amusement parks, we appreciated being able to use the on-site tennis and basketball courts, as well as the game room in the house.

If you are really wanting to use a hot tub, don’t rent this house. Water was luke warm. Called property owner, was going to get someone to work on it. Same problem that night. Needs new pump or something. Over all the house wasn’t that clean. Also no dish cloth or dish soap. No hand soap in master bath

Hello Leslie, I acted straight away when you voiced your concerns, when my MC went round he found nothing wrong and sent me three videos of the water heating over a period of time. It ranged from 85F up to 97F spa heat was set at 104F I have these videos so I can prove it was working. You call it a hot tub, to me a hot tub is a standalone appliance with its own electric source and has additional benefits. My spa is in the ground next to the pool, it was refitted last year to have an extra boost of bubbles and my pool heater pump the year before it was brand new at around $6000 so not a cheap one. I will send you the receipts to prove if you wish I was greatly upset by all of this and accept that you were too but I have to correct you when you said they were broken, as they were not. Unfortunately my spa does depend on the ambient outside temperatures and this trip was particularly cold. I have asked for your bank details in order to reimburse you. I informed you via email all was working fine saving I had pictures of the temperature They were videos so I could hear it all working. I informed you I was advised it needed two cycles because of the weather was so cold and the temperatures were due to drop. I am sorry there was a cleanliness issue which has surprised me so I will report this. I can only offer my heartfelt sympathizes and believe me I feel truly awful you did not enjoy your stay.

Very nice accommodation

The house was very nice. Lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed the outside a lot. It was very hot out so the air in the house was at 72. The bedrooms didn’t have a lot of cold air or air flow but overall it was nice.
