Great Condo Great Location

This condo has a fantastic location right on the beach. We had an excellent view from the balcony. The condominium was well stocked and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Spontaneous Getaway

The Ashley condo was the perfect little spontaneous getaway we needed. We were able to work from the condo during the day and enjoy the beach, pool and/or spa in the evening. Great locations, easy drive to several great restaurants and shops. Oceans made check-in and check out seamless.

Beautiful View

Everything was clean and exactly as described on the website. All of the people were so nice and welcoming. The mattress in the main bedroom could be updated, but that was the only improvement:) It was a beautiful location and condo.

The sight and sound of the ocean

This was our second winter at Daytona Beach Shores and the first at the Ashley. While the weather wasn’t great we could enjoy a great view and sound of the ocean 24x7 and the fitness room to supplement walks on the beach. The condo was well appointed for entertaining. The only limitation is that the spacious balcony faces the northweast so no sun in the winter.

Excellent condo, excellent location, highly recommended

We stayed at the condo for a little over 1 month. Our stay was fantastic. The property itself has lots to offer. Nice facilities and they are kept up to date. The on site property managers are very friendly. The location is ideal. It's located near some very nice restaurants, shops, bars, etc. It's far enough away from all the typical Daytona chaos. The inside of the condo is very well kept and has lots of amenities. The view is the best you will find. If you happen to stay there, then be sure to use the top floor party room. The view up there from the 20th floor is unbelievable. They host several events up there for people staying at the condo. I'd definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Our review

Everything you need is there. The only thing we had to buy were some mats for the shower and tub, very slippery. Someone was doing some renovations, very noisy all month. Spoke with others and they said it was going on since January. Could hardly get near the pool, people must get up at the crack of dawn to save spots, even tho the sign says not to. Nice condo and nice area.

We do provide the bath mat sized towels in the towel sets we leave for all guests, just like in a hotel. This is far more sanitary than a bath mat you might have at home. The bath mat-sized towels we are able to wash between every single stay and sanitize.

Our stay at 902 Ashley was exceptional

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean,fully stocked kitchen,dish washer , microwave,coffee makers,toaster,washer and dryer,3 TVs and Wi-Fi.Unit views of the beach were outstanding,coffee on the balcony.Managers Tony and Bonnie were extremely helpful
