This charming home located on historical North Main Street is the ideal place to stay while visiting the Finger Lakes Region. Main Street Charm is centrally based in Upstate New York being only 50 minutes from Rochester, Syracuse, & Watkins Glen. It is also 2 hours away from Niagara Falls. Being in the heart of the Finger Lakes you’ll also be near numerous wineries, breweries, HWS Colleges, Belhurst Castle, Waterloo Premium Outlets, & Del Lago Casino just to name a few. Just minutes from downtown, you’ll be able to walk to some of the finest eateries, bars, and shops Geneva has to offer.

Main Street Charm is aptly named for all of its charming characteristics it has to offer. This recently restored home blends old home appeal with new modern amenities.

The country chic kitchen is adorned with Mackenzie-Childs decor and all stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan for the kitchen/dinning area is a great place to gather around the large farm table, comfortably seating 8-10. With the exposed brick chimney and natural stone countertops this cozy kitchen blends lots of old world charm with new convenient features.

The cozy warmth of the living room is a great place to relax and enjoy a movie, watch the big game or have intimate conversation.

The classic banister and staircase lead you to 3 upstairs bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has 2 Queen beds and lots of windows for ample morning light. The 2nd bedroom dons a King size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed & access to the washer & dryer.

This home has 2 full bathrooms, 1 on each level. The 1st floor bathroom is equipped with a rain shower & Jacuzzi tub surrounded by monochromatic tile. The quaint upstairs bathroom has a full shower and tub.

Another Outstanding Stay

We loved this property so much last year for the Mussleman Triathlon, we booked it again. It did not disappoint. My son and I raved about the home and the how Paige made us feel at home. Next time we come, back we'll make sure it is our 3rd time.

Very lovely home with beautiful furnishings and luxurious beds. Excellent location, quiet and walkable to cafes and lake. Minor heating issue that caused some sleeping difficulty one night but characteristic old house charm and welcoming home. Was surprised to be asked to strip linens and take out trash (hotels/resorts don’t require)

Nicely appointed home with character

Is an older home that has been very nicely remodeled. Appliances are all higher end and kitchen is very thoroughly equipped for preparing meals. We made breakfast every morning. Dining room table is spacious. Living room has large sectional that was very comfortable. Front porch had nice seating for 7 which we used when family visited. Beds were comfortable although the air conditioning was a little noisy as they are window units but worked well on thermostats. Easy walk down to the lakefront. Quiet neighborhood. Overall had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Lovely stay for bridal weekend!

Our wedding weekend here was amazing! I chose a space that my bridesmaids could stay, and really wanted a place that would be good for getting ready photos. The house is beautiful and charming, and Paige’s extra touches were so appreciated! The bridesmaids raved about the house too. Paige is a five star host. Newly renovated home is lovely with all of the amenities and comfort of home. Perfect for location for visiting our daughter at HWS. Kitchen appliances, linens, towels and dishes are all first rate. Front porch provided a welcome respite after touring the area around Seneca Lake.

Excellent choice for family!

This lovely home in Geneva has everything you could want for a vacation home and more. The rooms are spacious and and the large eat in kitchen is well equipped for anything you may need. It is also beautifully decorated with an array of Mackenzie Child’s decor. Our family of 8 was comfortable watching the large screen tv while relaxing on the living room sectional. The beds were extremely comfortable and each bedroom was prettier than the next. I highly recommend this VRBO if you are staying in the Geneva area!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Main St Charm. The property was as advertised , very clean, within walking distance to great restaurants, and a perfect place to stay when visiting Geneva or the Seneca Lake wineries. Awesome Weekend Getaway Place

Everything is as pictured or better. We had such a great time and stay at Main St Charm. I would highly recommend staying here!! Paige even met us and met all of our expectations by going out of her way. Appliances are all brand new and high tech. It is very close to downtown which was perfect for the weather that we had this weekend. Main St Charm is a MUST STAY getaway place!!! Thanks Paige! You are awesome!!

Perfect Finger Lakes accommodations

Loved Main Street Charm!! Very CLEAN, all furnishings are NEW with care and attention to detail. Very comfortable and inviting for anyone. (A charming older home that has been tastefully and recently updated)!! The location is perfect, very nice street and close to downtown Geneva with lots of great places to dine or enjoy. The lakefront is all public and very great to walk and enjoy. Perfect spot to launch wine/brew tours from. Paige was amazing and could not ask for a more accommodating host!!
