This gem on the beach will knock your flip flops off. We have the WOW factor!
The beautiful SeaScape grounds stretch from BEACH TO BAY. A large heated pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, and basketball courts are just steps outside of your front door, as well as tiki huts and outdoor grills. You will have free wifi and access to a library on site. There is a trash chute and community storage locker located on each floor as well as having your own private storage locker on the ground floor. This complex offers not only being directly on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico, but also great amenities. Amenities Include: BBQ grills, picnic tables, and a bike rack. On the Bay side you have a community boat dock, community boat slip, a vehicle wash area and storage space for kayaks.
An added bonus in this freshly renovated condo is the adjustable king size bed, with a remote control. Recent upgrades include new tile flooring, raised ceilings, custom built cabinets, custom closet system, crown molding, and your own washer and dryer. The gorgeous kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, solid counter tops with embedded sea glass and tile backslash. Upgrades are state of the art.

Fantastic condo

The condo was very well equipped. Everything you could possibly need could be found in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The owners were very responsive to any concerns we had. Could not have wished for anything more!!

Great place!

Elizabeth is an amazing host. Her condo was beautiful. She thought of every detail and made sure that we had enough supplies for the entire month. Everything was very clean and new. If you are looking for a one bedroom in the same area called Seascape go with this one. You will love it! Also, the sunset view was priceless. Thank you Elizabeth and Peter for allowing us to rent your home for the entire month. We will return sometime next year.

Absolutely Incredible!!!

This condo has it all— an amazing beach view, gorgeous decor, and great amenities on the property. The attention to detail truly blew us away! The condo was sparkling clean and has everything you could possibly need, plus more. In addition, Peter and Elizabeth are extremely kind and responsive hosts. We really hope to stay again in the future. This condo is such a gem!
