July 2026 in 1 bedroom, gulf front. Very well appointed, lots of cabinets, plenty of dishes and utensils, bed was comfy king. An extra nice touch was the starter supply of paper towels, bathroom tissue, bath soap, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, some spices, aluminum foil, baggies, Didn't see any bug or insect in the unit, good for Florida. I was able to fit my walker into the shower. I didn't use the dishwasher. Internet and wifi worked fine. Washer and dryer in unit. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony most mornings listening to the wave sounds. A very nice community, pool, lots of showers and sitting areas. Shuffleboard by the pool. Other activities on premises. Didn't see any dolphins, sad face. Was able to use my walker to access the beach a few times when we had visitors to help. Lots of sand dollars to look at. Assigned parking spot is under the building. Other guest parking spots available. Balcony has a round table with 4 chairs and a lounger and another chair. Elevator always worked. Grocery carts and luggage racks were available in the closet near elevator, very handy. Office and other staff were friendly and helped when needed. And Gary, the owner, was helpful and pleasant anytime we talked. Overall a very good month at the beach.
