"Old Floridian" beach cottage super close to beautiful Gulf beaches. Two bedroom, two bathroom house on quiet dead end street on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach, located an easy 5 minute walk to public beach access. House has been completely remodeled -- all new floors, paint, fixtures, tile, walk in shower, etc. Super safe residential area, fenced back yard with large pavered patio for entertaining. All linens, beach supplies provided. Must be at least 25 years of age to book; NO EXCEPTIONS.

I also own and operate a VRBO property just three blocks away in the same neighbhorhood -- VRBO #739497. I have an excellent rental history with VRBO and pride myself on good customer service and a satisfactory experience for renters. I love this new property because of its very close proximity to the beach, its mature vegetation, and many special architectural features that give it a quaint and comfortable "Old Florida" feel.
