Condo has been fully updated with beautiful interior spaces. Bright and full of light with floor to vaulted ceiling windows. One of the most amazing locations in Dillon. Anchorage 36 is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bath located on Lake Dillon with incredible mountain and lake views. Sleeps 8. Living area has comfortable seating, hanging chair and large flatscreen. Free Wifi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless appliances, a kitchen bar facing the view with 2 stools and lots of room for meal preparation. Dining table seats 8. Spacious entry with outdoor boot bench, indoor gear organizer. Upper floor of this unit is reached by a spiral staircase. Large deck has table for 4 and deck chairs for 6. This south-facing deck can be used year-round. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Near the year-round hot tub and summer-only pool. A security camera views the exterior of the front door.

Location
The Anchorage is a beautiful complex right on the water with well-maintained grounds. In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, snowsport rentals, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Recr Path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. In the winter enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon. A wonderful central location.
