About this property

Your home for all Track and Field Events at Hayward Field!

Ranch style 2 blocks from beautiful Willamette River with walking, biking, jogging trails. Only 3.6 miles to Hayward Field by car (11 minute drive). If you are adventures it is a 47 minute walk. Winners will be heading to the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo in September.

Open living concept with updated living room, dining area and kitchen. Separate family room (Called Office for sleeping space) with new Queen sofa sleeper (69" x 58" x 5" thick form mattress), large flat screen smart LG TV above gas fireplace. Slider to backyard.

Master bedroom with split king Tempur-Pedic mattress has private bathroom. Sliding patio door to small patio next to koi pond.

2nd bedroom off family room has queen Tempur-Pedic. 1/2 bath and washer/dryer.

3rd bedroom sleeps two with daybed/trundle with 8" Nova Form mattresses.

Our home will comfortably sleep 8 people.

There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops within 1 mile of our house.

Outdoor space includes sliding door to patio with large table for outdoor dining and gas grill. Backyard has koi pond with waterfall - MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN.

Home away from home

Debbie is a very kind and wonderful host, and you can tell she puts a lot of care into sharing her home! Her yard and home are so neat and lovely, and the neighborhood felt so warm and safe - and it’s so close to a wonderful waking/jogging trail along the river! We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Don’t miss it….

Warm and well equipped home for 6. You’ll want to stay here for the gardens alone which attracts wildlife. Have a cup of joe on the back patio while enjoying the morning after a fine nights rest. Hostess is excellent!

Charming home in a great location

The owner was so accommodating and helpful prior to our stay. She wanted to make sure we would have everything we needed for our stay. My daughter-in-law loved feeding the squirrels each morning and we all loved the visits from the birds during this feeding. The house is very well maintained and is in a very safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time!

Fantastic Home

The home was a great place to stay and Debbie was an awesome host. We were there for graduation with our whole family and it couldn't have been more perfect. The home was a great layout, the property was beautiful and everything went smoothly. Everything was as advertised and Debbie was a great communicator and very considerate. The graduation balloons were a great touch and made us feel very welcome. If we come back for a game and this place is available, would definitely stay here.
