Private pool/spa with water features, Fire Pit, Bocce Ball Court, Outdoor BBQ/Bar, Chef's Kitchen & Wet Bar. Great Room has custom stacked stone with stylish high-end furnishings. All 3 bedrooms have California King beds. Main home has two En Suite bedrooms + Den with foldout bed. Sit in the private courtyard with a ZEN-like water feature. 2022 Aetrix Golf Cart available for rent at additional charge. Bikes are free to use. Dine al fresco nd enjoy the serene views or be entertained by golfers as they pass by. Sorry, NO PETS. Includes internet/cable, water & trash.

Not a Mirage but a beautiful oasis

From the booking process to checking out everything was a ten out of ten. Deb the property manager met with us at check in and went over every detail of the home. Owners really know how to host , safe gated community , super nice neighbours, friendly golfers, easy access to downtown Palm Springs, airport, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful decor, and the casita was newly updated which was a very pleasant surprise.This vrbo is by far the nicest rental we have booked.

All the Comforts of Home!

Fabulous house and a great location. Equal distance to Palm Springs or Palm Desert for dining, shopping, theatre and street fairs. Outdoor kitchen is 5 star overlooking the pool and golf course. We celebrated Xmas and New years with our family and had lots of luxurious comfort, space and privacy for everyone. Well equipped kitchen. Deb, the property manager, is amazing and truly cares about her guests and responds instantly should you require attention. Highly recommend.

You won't be disappointed!!

Fabulous property! I can usually find something wrong with every vacation rental we have stayed at. But with this house I can honestly say that everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable, beautiful furniture and decor. AND a separate casita to hang out in for a little bit of OT (own time). The price is outstanding for all that you get. Three bicycles, Roku in every room, beautiful pool and spa and the best was the use of the golf cart to cruise around the complex. Deb, the property manager was awesome and our dog looked forward to seeing his new best friend, Javier, the pool guy twice each week. Great house, Great people, Great time !!

Lovely Extended Stay at Mission Hills

Loch Lomond was an awesome 6 week get-a-way for my wife and myself. Was able to work remotely from the Den (sufficient bandwidth and ISP speed) and then spend time in pool, spa and walk the neighborhood with our small dog Murray. My adult children came to visit during our stay, House has plenty of space for all to stretch out, good HDTV's plenty of local channel selection along with all the movie channels. The house has everything one needs to relax indoors and out. The pool and back yard are very comfortable to use and the bocce ball court is a fun distraction. BBQ Grill and all amenities are well maintained. Deb is a gem and sweetheart who attends to any questions or needs. The locking patio door creates a great sense of privacy and security in the courtyard and for anyone staying in the casita. Regular USPS, along with Amazon, Uber Eats, and Whole Foods delivery were easy and seamless. If you are a member of ClubCorp using the Mission Hills Course and amenities is easy, Golf Cart was useful for evening drives around gated community. All around lovely property that we highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

When you see this home in person, you realize why it's special. It has been lovingly updated with first class materials throughout. The furnishings are beautiful. It has been freshly painted and a new master bath completed along with massive stack stone in the great room. Huge walk in closet in master too! All new window treatments. Beautiful location in Mission Hills Country Club, close to everything. Primary bedroom and great room back up to golf course to take advantage of the views.
