Fall in Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location with easy access to Coleman Pavilion. The unit itself was very clean and updated. Our only issue was the first night the group next door was loud and their inability to walk gently was exceptionally annoying. We alerted Homeowners as well as local law enforcement due to the curfew and didn’t have any issues the next nights. The unit is not entirely soundproof so anyone with sensitivities to that during “normal” hours should be cognizant of this. We also received timely communication about the pending hurricane situation which we thankfully escaped due to an already scheduled departure date. This was my second stay in a Homeowners Collection unit and it won’t be my last!

Thank you for staying with us--we're so glad you enjoyed the Seaside experience for the 2nd time. The easy beach access does make it extra special. We look forward to having you back in the near future.

Convenient and beautiful!

We throughoughly enjoyed our 25th Anniversary trip and stay! Our only complaint was that the elevator didn't work when we arrived and we had to carry out luggage up 3 flights of stairs, but it was quickly fixed and usable when we left. Everything was clean and comfortable! Great stay!

Central Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although this property was gorgeous and centrally located we would probably not stay at this particular property for the following reasons 1) no trees to block morning sun in bedroom windows 2) internet was spotty 3) noise of square overnight with working crews.

We’ve stayed at many places at Seaside and this was certainly one of the best...pristinely clean and elegantly decorated. (Excellent storage in master bedroom and bath!) The balcony is a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee or to relax on the evening. It is also just steps from the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived a couple of hours prior to check-in on Sunday, but the staff went out of their way to bring us all of our passes so we could enjoy Seaside amenities while we waited. Aside from the incredibly hot and humid weather, our little mini vacation was perfect, and we can’t wait to return. When we do, we will likely book the same unit.
