Mas for 6 people, little paradise in the middle of St Tropez golf for lovers of nature and peace, conducive to relaxation and rest. Ideal for a family facing the scrubland that will bring you the desired rest, a pool and two tennis courts are available in the residence.
Provencal farmhouse atypical building dating round since the 70s, renovated in 2010. House in a private residence with patio, small building of 7 hectares with caretaker, 30 m swimming pool, 2 tennis and volleyball court.
Weekly rental minimum.
30% deposit on booking, the balance is due 10 days before arrival by check or bank transfer.
Deposit of € 800 payable on arrival, returned after the inventory of departure.

Bien vétuste je trouve que pour le prix demandé. Le modernisme aurait dû être au rdv !!! Salle de bain à revoir et surtout isolation du bien car c était un véritable four en cette. Période de canicule Les airco mis sont plus qu insuffisants pour le lieux Pour le reste le paysage est merveilleux et la piscine extra

Vue magnifique et tranquillité de la résidence Équipement et électroménager de la maison à revoir

Atout indéniable de la maison est son emplacement , sa vue magnifique , la tranquillité de la résidence très arborée et les 2 terrasses de la maison Par contre tout est très vieux en terme de décoration et aménagement : placard avec porte bancale Certaines prises électriques font peur Salles de bain et salle d’eau à refaire Pas de clim Piscine de la résidence très froide pour les enfants

Site très agréable mais mas très décevant

Vétusté importante du lieu, équipement lave linge dangereux et hors normes, délabrement des pièces d’eau (carrelage qui se décolle dans la douche, lunette des toilettes plus que capricieuse, lustre lourd menaçant de tomber, affaires personnelles nombreuses et inappropriées du propriétaire dans toutes les pièces, climatisation inefficace et d’un autre temps, … nombreux griefs liés à l’état très décevant du mas (photos à l’appui) que même la gentillesse et l’efficacité de la personne qui nous a accueillis ne peut pas combler. A rénover d’urgence et de façon importante et radicale, il en va de la responsabilité du propriétaire et de celle d’abritel qui semble ne rien contrôler de la qualité des biens en location. Le professionnalisme de la personne responsable de l’accueil, la gentillesse du voisinage et la qualité de l’environnement ne peuvent compenser un logement non entretenu et des équipements trop chiches. Nous sommes très déçus de la prestation. De nombreuses remarques avaient déjà été mentionnées en 2018 mais il semble que le propriétaire n’a pas pris conscience des changements radicaux à opérer d’urgence pour pouvoir prétendre à louer de nouveau dans un état digne et en cohérence avec le coût de la location et le standing de la résidence où d’autres mas sont à louer au même prix et dans un état incomparable . La prestation n’est clairement pas à la hauteur et aucune amélioration ne semble avoir été portée depuis 2018. Surprenant de constater un tel dédain vis à vis de remarques fondées. Nous avons eu la faiblesse de croire que chacun aurait pris ses responsabilités depuis ces remarques et attendons des réactions du loueur et de la plateforme.

Vakantiewoning met een dringende nood aan complete renovatie!

Deze vakantiewoning, die een derde uitmaakt van het ganse gebouw, je hebt dus nog 2 aangebouwde buren, staat op een prachtig privédomein met nog meerdere dergelijke woningen. Het gemeenschappelijk en goed onderhouden zwembad is top en ligt op honderd meter van deze woning. De woning zelf is zeer dringend aan renovatie toe en het interieur kan bijna het label "vervallen" krijgen. Alles is oud en versleten. In een constante 38 graden en zonder airco is van slapen geen sprake. Temeer daar er geen enkel raam voorzien is van een vliegenraam en er een echte muggenplaag heerste! De gevolgen laten zich raden. De kleine koelkast, type tafelmodel en dito diepvriezer zijn absoluut onvoldoende om voeding en drank koel te houden voor 4 peronen. Het duurde 48 uur eer een volgestouwde koelkast op bewaartemperatuur kwam. In deze regio en met dergelijke temperaturen heb je een probleem! Een volwassen exemplaar zou pas voor het nodige comfort zorgen. De woning kon zelfs niet volledig afgesloten worden. De weinige kasten waren volgestouwd met zoveel (oude) attributen dat je gerust een brokantemarkt kon beginnen. Alle vaat moest bij aankomst onmiddellijk de vaatwas in want je kon met zekerheid zeggen wat de vorige huurders de laatste week hadden gegeten (wat natuurlijk evenveel zegt over de vorige huurders). Zelfs op de kaas, overal aanwezig in de oven, kon een naam gekleefd worden. De wasmachine was een levensgevaarlijk item, waarvan de sporen nog duidelijk op de vloer te zien waren. Met een beetje geluk was het water van de douche tegen de volgende ochtend weg uit de douchebak. Mits een volledige renovatie zou dit wel een geweldige vakantiewoning zijn, met een schitterend uitzicht. Een bezoekje bij de buren heeft dit bewezen. De nabijheid van de weg (Plan de la Tour - Grimaud) beneden zorgt tevens voor zeer veel lawaai. Als je een verplaatsing wil doen (buiten het domein) houd je best rekening met de kamikazeneigingen van de locals die met preventief ingeklapte spiegels, door de vele bochten en de smalle weg, liefst op 1 centimeter van je achterbumper je graag de rotsen op duwen. Daar wij toch bijna buiten leven op verlof, hebben wij afstand genomen van de binnenkant en toch een mooie vakantie gehad met dank aan het schitterende zwembad, de nabijheid van St Maxime, St Tropez en de Middellandse zee in het algemeen!

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage

Wir waren Mitte Juli eine Woche im Ferienhaus und haben den Aufenthalt, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die uns gestört haben sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage auf privatem Gelände und ist schwer zu finden. Zum Glück war die Dame, die sich um das Haus kümmert so freundlich uns in Plan-de-la-Tour abzuholen und dorthin zu bringen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Uns haben besonders der Gemeinschaftspool und der Tennisplatz gut gefallen. Trotz beginnender Hochsaison war immer ein Platz frei und auch der Pool nicht überlaufen. Der Weitblick von der Terrasse aus ist wunderschön. Leider, und dafür gibt es nur 4 Sterne, hat uns die Einrichtung des Hauses nicht so gut gefallen. Die Elektrik ist nach einem Gewitterregen ausgefallen (alle Sicherungen raus, die für den Herd ließ sich erst nach zwei Tagen wieder einschalten) und Fernseher (Röhrenmodell)/DVD Player sowie Waschmaschine sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Weiterhin hatten wir Sorge, dass im Badezimmer die Scheibe aus dem morschen Fensterrahmen fällt (Kit bröckelt raus). Auch waren wir mit der Sauberkeit (viele Gegenstände klebten) nicht ganz so zufrieden, aber das mag subjektiv sein . Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hatte versucht das Problem mit der Elektrik zu lösen. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns mit den Eigenheiten arrangiert.
