It features exposed brick walls, chandelier lamps, original art and pops of color to give vibrant energy to each space. Separate bedroom for total privacy. Small kitchenette for simple meal preparation (microwave, wet bar, coffee machine). Work comfortably in the living room and enjoy evenings with friends in the beautiful garden, upgraded with a spectacular covered outdoors living room with inside-&-out features for socializing or seclusion.

As advertised - a real gem!

The place was as advertised and even more amazing. Hosts were so communicative and helpful and at the same time we had a sensitive real privacy, given that the space is in the basement floor of their home. I reserve the space for a work colleague, who is coming to San Francisco to collaborate. I will definitely use this place again for similar situations or for any friend who wants to visit San Francisco.

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying in this fabulous apartment! It was fairly central to everything we wanted to visit, and was extremely Uber friendly. The patio area is to die for, and the bed slept like a dream. Overall, just a beautifully appointed apartment that provided the privacy we appreciate when traveling. And the owners went above and beyond when they contacted me about some items I had left. It would've been easy for them to have said nothing (we've had that happen), but they reached out to me and I really, really appreciate that. We highly reccommend this spot for your SanFran vacation!

Chic City Apartment

We had an amazing weekend stay in this chic city apartment. The floor plan, decor and amenities were perfect for a couples get away. We didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy the amazing gardens, Carl (the San Francisco Fog) hung around a little too long for that! We did enjoy it from the bedroom window.The floor plan was perfect for both myself and my travel partner. He’s a night owl, I’m the opposite. The separate living room and bedroom setup, allowed each of us to enjoy our getaway while respecting each other’s needs. We both left saying, “we could live here”. The location is just at the edge of the city, a close drive to SFO and all the City attractions. At the end of a busy sightseeing day, it was honestly, very nice to unwind outside the bustle.We hope to stay here again, I can’t think of any hotel or other accommodation that could meet our needs as well as this place.Thanks you to our amazing hosts,Until next time!

This is just like it is pictured. I appreciated was how clean it was and how hot the shower got. I have been in many rentals in the area and this was definitely the quietest. Host was very responsive. I would definitely book again. The only thing that you need to be aware of is that entrance is very hidden.

Our stay here was fantastic! Libby and Pam were accommodating with all of our needs during our time here. The space was cozy, dark, and perfect for a couples stay. The decore is amazing and the backyard is spectacular. It's a great pied a terre for a couple visiting the city, who may on occation want to chill or eat in the back yard. I also see it as a great place to work remotely, particularly outside (when the weather is warm) for short stays.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend staying at this property. The interior design was beautiful and interesting, lots of beautiful things to look at. The garden was beautiful and both indoor and outdoor spaces were very comfortable.The hosts were very prompt in answering questions, and also allowed us to enter 30 minutes before our scheduled arrival, since our flights arrived early. Wow, amazing space! Like walking into a speakeasy with fantastic design details. Nicely appointed with a fantastic outdoor space. The bed was very comfortable and chairs were suitable for working. Greatly appreciated Libby and Pam’s hospitality. Please be aware that the owners live above the unit so there may be some noise associated with multilevel living. Overall, a great place and I plan to be back and recommend to my friends and family. Thanks!
