Dream Studio on the Beach offer you the best option and most affordable way to spend some great days on vacation, at only 20 meters from a beautiful beach and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, bars, markets, pharmacies, stores, etc. Public transportation is also a few steps away, including a FREE TROLLEY that will take you all over the beach, from North Shore to South Point.
The studio is located in the second floor of an Art Deco building from the 1930's. Very well maintained,, surrounded by Surveillance Security System 24 hours, elevator, hallways with A/C, Laundry Room ($) in the same building, every thing in excellent condition.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great small place for basing just a few steps from the beach and the vibrant surrounding neighborhood. Looks to be a recent remodel on the bathroom and shower with newer flooring and access to a laundry room is a plus. Very walkable neighborhood with such great choices for cuisine that is all Miami.

Perfect for North Beach Bandshell

This property is perfect for people attending concerts at the Morth Beach Bandshell. Plus it’s just a two-minute walk to the ocean’s edge. I’d be glad to stay here again next year.

It was a little hard to find the actual entrance to the building if you didn’t look at the photos provided in the listing. Entering the building was super secure as there was an access code to enter the actual building, then one to enter the SMALL elevator, then another one to enter the room (all three different codes). The apartment building itself smelt a little off and was an older building while the room itself was pretty nice and seemed to be recently renovated. One thing I would say is that the corners of the showers could be cleaned a little better due to the sand that piles up in the shower. It was a little noisy as the walls were super thin but manageable and I have definitely experienced worse. It was SO close to the beach, and lots of restaurants and shops compared to other rentals we looked at. Overall, I would stay here again!

Moms 90th birthday

I actually grew up in this area. As a child we vacation here yearly. So 73rd and Collins is my old stomping grounds. I love this neighborhood and it is still warm and friendly. I can't believe I finally stayed at the Olsen hotel. It is nostalgic for me. The place was perfect. It had everything you could possibly want. I look forward to staying again. This time we came for my mom's birthday. I was so happy to see this property was available. Thanks again for everything

Our kids, grand kids and great grand kid, were born in this beautiful city. Now that we are retired, we love to travel. all around the world. and enjoy our family and our city.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the Studio on the Beach because it offer the proximity to a beautiful beach just across the street, a wonderful neighborhood full of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc., all between walking distance from the studio. Across the street, you have public transportation (we also have a free troly) that can take you all around, including South Beach, Lincoln Mall, Aventura, Calle 8, etc.

What makes this property unique

Our place, located in a small, very well maintain Art Deco building from 1930's, is small, but with every thing you need to enjoy a few days relaxing in a beautiful beach. The studio is very private, the building offer a laundry room, ($) and Wifi is also included
The neighborhood is very safe, and so its the building with 24 hours security cameras by the front entrance and the building public areas.
