The house offers two living rooms, central air conditioning and parking for six cars. Scarborough beach is a seven minute walk. The neighborhood also features a playground This is a wonderful home to create summer memories.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
