Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

As a guest, you will have access to the entire upper floor of this duplex property with a dedicated entrance, providing privacy and comfort during your stay. You will have the entire top floor to yourself. Please note the backyard and laundry amenities are shared with the neighboring unit. If you are traveling with a large group, both units can be rented together for added space and privacy.
On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district.

Sleeping arrangements Two serene bedrooms offer a queen bed in each, both with memory foam mattresses, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades. Whether you are winding down after a day downtown or preparing for an early morning start, these restful spaces make it easy to settle in.
Living space The bright living room invites slow mornings and relaxed evenings. Large windows bring in the soft glow of the season, and a comfortable sofa creates a welcoming place to read, enjoy a quiet moment, or unwind with a favorite show on the TV. An Ethernet connection and wifi help you stay connected during your stay, whether for work or leisure.
Kitchenette The kitchenette provides what you need for simple meals and warm drinks. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and dishware support light cooking, making it easy to prepare snacks or a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the city. It is a compact, functional space designed for convenience.
Bathroom A vintage-inspired clawfoot tub with shower offers a comfortable place to refresh at the end of the day. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with hot water and thoughtful touches that help make your stay easy and restorative.

If you are not able to rent a car or drive–no worries! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.

This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main floor and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks. Kindly note the living areas in this unit are small. There is a dining table in the corner of the room that seats about 2–3 people. This home has two window AC units (June-September), one in each bedroom window. There is NO central AC in this unit.
The backyard and laundry amenities are shared amenities. To access the laundry room, guests staying in the upper unit will need to use the exterior door located on the side of the house.
For safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.
Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.

Property is well maintained and stocked. Communication was excellent. Only downside was the view of McDonald's and an old RV. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
The home is an upstairs unit. Great location, easy walk to downtown. Parks, coffee, and restaurants. Clean and neat! It is aged but nice. Tiny bathroom with claw leg tub! Cute! A lovely place to stay!

Cute and spacious! Just what we were looking for. On the downside… hot! No A/C and temp was in the 90’s. Windows didn’t have screens and there weren’t enough fans to keep the air moving.
This location was super clean and very cute. Location worked well for us. The Air Conditioning isn't spectacular (a window unit in the living room) but after the first afternoon the weather improved so we did not need it as much.

Convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Good location, easy walk to restaurants and shops.Also easy drive to route 25. Nice to have McDonald’s across street for quick coffee and breakfast sandwich before heading out in the morning. Very clean. Beds comfy. Bathroom a bit tight but functional! I do wish there was seperate climate control from the main floor apartment. Also would have liked to have had wash cloths provided. Overall would stay again

I will start with the good: The house is cute and has been renovated on the inside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The appliances work well. Beds are firm but comfortable. We came to CO Springs to take our kids to the zoo and such and it was conveniently located for a lot of what we wanted to do. Check in/out was easy.
The bad: The living room smelled quite bad. A strong, dirty/musty smell that emanated from the carpet and furniture. We covered the furniture with some sheets we bought, kept the window open and fan blowing with candles lit which helped. The management company was alerted and were planning to have the carpets cleaned after our stay.
The unit is the upstairs of a duplex, and the climate control must be on the ground floor. It is May and not that hot outside but stayed pretty warm in the upstairs unit with no way to turn down the temperature. We slept with windows open, which helped a little. There is a lot of traffic on the roads around the neighborhood so we then had to get up at 5:00 AM to close them.
The apartment is great; clean, and when there was a minor issue with the plumbing, on a Saturday, it was fixed immediately. Would stay there again

House is centrally located in Downtown Colorado Springs
This place was nice for up to 4 to 5 people . Everything was within a hour of the property so it made it very convenient. We visited Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods , Pikes Peak, and we went River Rafting in Canon City . I would totally stay here again . It also is close to many restaurants within 3 miles and some walking distance . I truly loved this place and hope others enjoy it as well . Thank VRBO for making our vacation a great experience.
