Brand New Property Available for this SUMMER! Beautiful and cosy, remodeled and upgraded 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home within walking distance of Easton's (1st) beach, and a short drive to Sachuest (2nd) beach! Close to Downtown Newport. Just remodeled with brand new bathroom and laundry room, stainless kitchen, gleaming hardwood floors, and new furniture. High end amenities including brand new mattresses. A great open layout with accommodations for 6 people, a large, private, fenced in backyard and parking for 4 cars.

Beach getaway

Great place to stay, Kathleen was very responsive. Enjoyed being near the beach and nearby downtown Newport. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Location and owners thought of everything.

The property was clean and the owners had everything you would need ready for your stay, including beach towels and chairs. We were close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

An absolutely adorable cottage near everything: walking distance to the beach & restaurants, quick drive/long walk to all the fun of Newport. The house is super clean & updated with absolutely everything you could want/need for your stay. The beds are comfortable, and the hosts were super communicative. We will absolutely be back!

Great clean cottage

We loved this house! It was so clean, bright and well kept. It was a great location in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beaches. Our dog loved the fenced in yard too. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic Stay

The property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean. Larger inside than we expected. They provided extras like snacks, soap, shampoo, milk, etc. The location was within walking distance of the beach.

Wonderful time in Newport

We had such a great week staying in this really nice cottage. Clean, updated, perfect size for our family. The kids had fun playing in the backyard. The appliances, including AC, worked well. Perfect location, walking distance to the beach. All kinds of beach gear was available for us to use. The host was helpful and kind. Thank you!

My goto place from now on…

From the moment I booked to the moment I checked out I had a 5 star experience. Kathleen is the epitome of a property manager.. First she stopped me from double booking, then she showed care and consideration for my dog by acknowledging my pet at booking, asking his name and giving me comfort he was welcomed at the property, then was available late in the evening to answer a question I had. I felt well taken care of and the house is in such a great location- wonderful morning walks on the beach, so close to downtown and a quiet street. I’m actually writing this review just before I’m going to book again! Oh and I didn’t mention the dog treats and human treats that were left for us as a warm welcome. I could go on and on but I need to book my weekend!

Super clean and family friendly home

Super clean and accommodating home. Super close to beach and not very far from center of town/Thames/mansions, etc. We biked everywhere and it worked well for us! Our small pup loved the fenced in yard! Grocery store wasn’t far either. We had a great time! House has everything you need/want. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

This is such a great property. The house was clean and was so cute, there was an outdoor area, and just minutes walking from the beach. This was my first time visiting and I would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful recently renovated

Great neighborhood, walking distance to Easton Beach, convenient location. The house is so welcoming and all details to make your stay as comfortable as possible are considered. Safe environment for kids and nice backyard for outdoor activities.
