305 N Bay Front is a two story home that has been professionally decorated and designed with the finest of detail. The incredible views of the Bay compliments the design of the home. Enjoy the open floor plan, gourmet chef's kitchen, dining area and large family room leading to the large outdoor open patio with radiant heaters for chilly weather.
The home boast 3 large bedrooms including one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. Additionally there exists a large upstairs bonus room that can comfortably sleep two. The homes amenities include a two car garage, washer and dryer, 3 beach cruisers, paddle boards, beach towels, a Weber propane grill where you can enjoy BBQ's on the Patio with friends and family while looking out onto the Bay, there is even an outdoor shower to rinse off after a sunny day at the beach. 305 N Bay Front will become your favorite new home away from home! Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn of the Heat or AC if using
Please return the garage remote and put on the kitchen Island
Make sure you close the doors when you check out and lock the sliders.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
