If you have ever played “The Sims” video game there are certain upgrades to a house, like hot tub, massage chair, steam shower, projector TV, volleyball court, waterfall pool, koi pond, giant bean bag chair (everyone loved that) - this house has all of those things and more. This is exactly the definition of a “party house” both chill and rager, the price may be steep but the quality is there. Only about 25 minutes from the theme parks, 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from UCF, good restaurants all around. Lots of high quality features in this stay. Highly recommend.

This is worth the money. Full of Home Automation, LED lights and plenty to do while in town.

The property was amazing. The owner has taken pride in this home and is passionate about what he's building and making sure his guests are welcomed. He knew if was my daughter's b-day, and he decorated the place with signs and balloons. He also had a basket with snacks and wine. If you like technology and home automation, you'll enjoy having google nest throughout the house. LED Lights throughout. Activities for all ages, and if anything is needed he probably has it covered. I've never been to Ab&b or VRBO so well maintained. I definitely recommend this to all my friends and family. You will not be dissapointed. I'll be back to enjoy again.

Their hospitality and attention to detail really set this property apart.I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Florida.
