The pool area was lovely, proximity to clubhouse perfect. The grand kids gave it all a 9.8!Nice big lounge and good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for a large family. The owners were really very helpful as we had to cancel last year and rebook. Would definitely recommend

Had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely through in the communications so we knew exactly what to expect and bring. Only disappointment was not having more time to utilize all of the amenities! Would stay here again

The house was great! There was plenty of room for everyone. The game room, pool/hot tub, 2 living rooms, multiple bathrooms, and bedrooms allowed everyone ample space to feel comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. Once we figured out the alarm, everything went smoothly.

Our family really enjoyed out stay. The house was clean and welcoming. The rooms were a good size and the house was close to restaurants, shopping- yet it was in a quiet community that was well maintained. The game room was enjoyed a lot as was the pool. There was an issue with the pool, that got resolved quickly.

Great location

We had a wonderful time vacationing within this home and resort. We found the location to be perfect for our daily trips and the home was the perfect place to retreat to…starting our mornings and ending our days.

We stayed in this home for 8 days and had one of best stays here. We’ve stayed in Solterra 3 years in a row- first time at this home and it was the cleanest, and most stocked with basic essentials. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook your meals! The home had plenty of space to accommodate all of our family and guests. The outside area had the most seating area to lay out and tan, or you could have enjoyed the pool area. The hot tub worked great too. Even down to the pool maintenance crew- we’re very friendly. We would highly recommend this house for your next vacation stay in Davenport.

This house has it all! We had 4 adults and 7 kids for our stay, and we all loved this house. The kids enjoyed the pool, game room, and resort amenities. They resort did poolside games for the kids and gave away prizes, which they all loved. Our first night we couldn't get in but the owner provided us with 24hr emergency numbers and we were able to get ahold of someone immediately to get us access. The host answered all my questions and was great about checking in. Definitely would recommend this place to other families!

We loved the house! It was perfect for our family vacation. Our only regret was not being able to spend more time in the home enjoying the pool and game room. We had a full week of park visits, but I will say the hot tub was definitely needed each day! Communication with the hosts was awesome, they respond back immediately to answer questions. Communication prior to our stay was great, they offer so many amenities for families with or without children! We can’t wait to start planning our next family vacation here!

Great place, home away from home!!!

This place is perfect, from the hot tub actually being hot, comfy living room area, spacious kitchen and being able to watch tv poolside...this place has it all. Will definitely rent here again. You wont be disapointed.

Great Trip!

Stayed here with family. Loved the pool! Had a really great trip and would definitely like to stay here again. The house setup is great with room for everyone and quiet space when needed too. Master bedrooms on both the main and second levels is a great treat!

Great Vacation Home

Our family had a wonderful week at Villa du Soleil! The house was spacious and very well appointed and had everything we needed. The pool and spa were great for our relaxing days between park visits. Only a short walk to the club house, pool, and lazy river which our grandson really enjoyed. If we have an opportunity to return to Florida, we would definitely chose this property again.

Lovely Villa

Stayed for 3 weeks with our friends, 9 of us in total. Villa was spacious and modern. The pool was great with plenty space for sunbathing around the deck. Good location with a publix and several restaurants 5mins away by car. We all had a great time.

Very Welcoming and Spacious!

This home was one of the best vacation properties we've rented while in FL. It accommodated us with the right amount of space we needed. It was clean, and made us very comfortable for the 5 days we were there. Definitely felt like home, and I have high hopes that this property is available again for our next vacation. Everything was literally perfect!❤️
