Groom Cottage is a wonderful holiday home near Bude, in Poughill, a short drive from Cornwall's Heritage Coast. The property is set on the site of Trevalgas Farm Cottages and shares a 40' swimming pool with the other cottage there. The property can accommodate four people in two double bedrooms, one on the ground floor with doors opening onto a sitting area on a balcony, plus one upstairs with an en-suite WC and beautiful views. You will also find the family bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen and dining area are set within an open plan living space, two steps up from the sitting area, and two steps lead down from the sitting area to a conservatory, which follows out into the garden where you'll find a lawn, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is off road parking for two cars. In a lovely spot for touring the coastline, Groom Cottage is an ideal holiday base for all.

Enclosed gardens with patio and furniture. Balcony with furniture. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool (open 7.45am - 9pm, times vary out of peak season) and games room. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Two steps up to kitchen and dining area, and two steps down to conservatory from sitting area. Note: Due to the split level accommodation and external steps, the cottage is unsuitable for toddlers and guests with limited mobility. Note: This property can only accept week long bookings on Fridays.
