Built in 1914~Home has been Updated and has a personality of it's own. Soft pine floors, Lath walls, Ceiling fans in each room, A/C, Each room has it's own T.V. & dvd,
Dining room table with 6 chairs, 3/4 bath, Full Kitchen, Utensils, Microwave, Oven, Kitchen sink, Fridge, Espresso/Coffee maker, Blender and goods to bake a cake, Dishwasher, separate door to back yard deck with Grill. Laundry room available if needed upon request. Front covered porch. 2 blocks from down town.
