Villa with Heatable Pool and BBQ in Albufeira

Villa Florença is an elegant contemporary residence located in Patroves, Albufeira, just 3 km from the stunning golden sand beaches. With incredible sea views and a welcoming atmosphere, it is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.



The spacious and bright living room features modern décor, with comfortable sofas and a TV, ideal for leisure and socialising. The space connects harmoniously to the outdoor area through large glass doors, allowing easy access to the pool and terrace.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and practicality. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of which are en suite with a bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring convenience for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities to prepare meals at home, and also features a spacious dining table where everyone can gather for pleasant moments.



On the exterior, the heated swimming pool (additional cost) is the main highlight, surrounded by a perfect terrace for relaxing. At the back, an entertainment area with a snooker table, table tennis and a covered BBQ creates the ideal environment for outdoor meals and group fun.



Villa Florence is situated just a few minutes' drive from restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Galé. Albufeira's centre, with its lively marina and charming old town, is only 10 minutes away.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
