The host responded quickly, and everything at the property was accessible (game room/pool table. The community was clean, garbage pickup was every day, and NO greedy tow company was riding around harassing paying customers, which we loved.

Great house and very clean. Everything was in working order. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but the host was extremely responsive in getting it rectified. My only advice to anyone staying here is to bring coffee and spices if you are planning on cooking during your stay.

Great house for large families

En suite bathrooms for all 15 rooms was perfect for our family gathering - the amenities and game room were added bonuses for all age groups.

Amazing property

The house was everything as advertised. We paid extra for the heated pool and it was well worth it. Definitely will stay again next time in Orlando.

We had almost a full house on this property that houses 40 guests. The location is fantastic. Close to everything. The house is lovely. Most of the rooms are useful except the twin bed rooms, useless for adults.The theater room is cool. We watched movies there. There were plenty of glasses cups plates and cookware. The rec room bar great. Easy check in. Club pool nice. Now for the improvements needed:1. CRITICAL SAFETY ISSUE. Step down into rec room. 83 year old fell with injuries. Other person fell onto pool table because you CANNOT see there is a step. We bought orange tape and taped the edge to protect our people.2. SAFETY ISSUE. The heat for the hot tub and pool has no temperature control. ON gets so hot you will burn. We had to turn it on/off the whole time we were there.3. No cookie sheets, serving bowls.4. We paid for heat for the pool even emailed reminding them to turn it on before we arrived (assured us it would be on) and it was NOT on. Had to call service.5. For 40 guests, a small 13 gallon trash can for the kitchen is ridiculous. We changed trash multiple times per day.6. For 40 guests, a 12 cup coffee maker isn't enough.7. The bar needs a mini-frig.8. One of the most irritating things was the TV remote situation. NONE OF THE REMOTES MATCHED THE TVS!!!! We spent hours unsuccessfully trying to match remotes to TVs in the bedrooms/bar. 9. No instructions for game station.Would choose another property for lg group.

Nice bar!
Heating for hot tub had no temp control. Turn on-- gets boiling hot. Too dangerous. Turn off to cool down. We had to turn on-off constantly. No temperature control.
