Besides the amazing location this home features an ideal floor plan with high ceilings, tiled formal dining and living room areas, as well as a spacious and tiled kitchen/family room layout with double sliding doors to the oversized and screened pool deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful Florida weather in the heated pool.

Our kitchen has everything you could need including a breakfast area. Should you wish to dine at home, our fabulous dining area will provide the perfect setting.

The second floor has a huge master bedroom (king sized bed) and bath offering dual, split vanities, garden tub as well as an enclosed and spacious shower stall.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

This property features a private pool. If you wish to heat the pool, additional fees will apply, and there is a minimum nights requirement. Please feel free to reach out for further details.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
