Absolutely fabulous cottage for our girls weekend. Everything was perfect. I will definitely rent this cottage again. Lots of room for a large group. Great place for a family reunion. We hired the chef listed in the binder provided (Happy Chef) and I highly recommend him. The meal he made us was delicious. The host was always available to ask questions. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place!

The cottage exceeded expectations with its amenities and attention to detail. Alex and the team were great, responsive and facilitated a fantastic weekend for our group. Would recommend as a great place to bring your family and friends together

We had a fabulous week on Grippen Lake. ClearPoint Cottage was perfect for our large family! We swam/played/kayaked/paddleboarded in the lake every day, along with local hikes (Rock Dunder), Wendy's Country Market, Jones Falls Locks (UNESCO site), and a trip into Gananoque for a 2 hr boat cruise on the St Lawrence. We had a great time preparing food in the fabulous kitchen, and it was a real bonus to all be able to sit down together for meals. The kids loved the playset and all of the yard games. It was a beautiful, peaceful setting...we heard loons and barred owls every day. Alex, our host, was attentive and helpful with just a few small problems. It was an overall wonderful week. Thank you!

Gorgeous property designed for large groups and families, down to the smallest details. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had multiple appliances and everything required for cooking. There were plenty of places to sit, both inside, outside and in the screened-in porch. The rooms/beds are comfortable. The lake is lovely, warm and teeming with wildlife. The place was spotless on our arrival and communication with the host was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return.
