Walk out your back door right to the beach. Condo is located on the ground floor with oversized patio with open back yard and the pool right at your front door. No elevators to use. Walk to tons of restaurants, local boutiques and surf shops. The Wellington is located in historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Condo completely remodeled and has everything you need for your perfect beach getaway. Located on the beach and within walking distances to all the local favorite cafes, boutiques, surf shops and more. Cocoa Beach Library is also across the street offers an incredible DVD rental selections for those raining days or movie night.

Super Clean - Great Location

Very nice property. Loved getting up to watch sunrises on the beach. Proximity to 4th Street Filling Station for breakfast was awesome.

First floor condo in a smaller friendly community on the beach.

Great condo right on the beach and with a nice, heated pool right outside your door. . Well equipped unit with anything we needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent location that was close to many great restaurants and downtown Cocoa Beach. Smaller, quiet, but friendly community. Highly recommended.

Lovely surprise

The condo was so well appointed. I really could have left many if the extras we drove down from MA. It took me a couple of days to find my way around the area but once we ventured out it was quite convenient

Great Location

We spent a very enjoyable month in the condo. The beach was so much fun and we were within walking distance of restaurants and Cocoa Village. The condo is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen only has the very basics, but overall we found the condo comfortable and conveniently located. We found a community pickleball court a few miles away and loved watching the rocket launches. Thanks for a fun time.

Great place, great stay

It's a great place and has everything you need. Pictures are accurate. Beach is convenient. There is a stash of stainless steel above the fridge. My 6'1" husband discovered it. At first I was bummed because I dont use nonstick. There are so many great restaurants in walking distance, there is no need to cook.

Great unit and location!

My husband and I felt right at home here. It is close to shopping, restaurants, an Amazon pick up locker and much more. Plus its on a lovely beach. I also enjoyed walking around the area and soaking in the local community. The heated pool was great too! The complex has a lot of long term residents and they were very welcoming.

Wonderful stay

We stayed in this unit for 3 and a half months. It was our winter getaway. Unit was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a home away from home. Building was quiet and very friendly. Location was perfect, steps to a beautiful beach and easy walk to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
