Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, brand-new five-bedroom home in Windsor Cay Resort! There was plenty of space to spread out, and having our own pool made it even better. The resort amenities were right at our fingertips, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. Our host was fantastic and made us feel welcome from the start. Highly recommend—we would love to stay again!

My wife and I had a 5-star stay at this vacation home! Fabio’s house looks super clean, is nicely decorated, and the themed rooms upstairs were such a fun touch. We loved relaxing by the private pool, and the resort’s water park is perfect for anyone. For families with kids, they will have a blast here 100%. Great location, great amenities, and an overall great stay. We definitely would come back!

We will certainly come back, however, there were a few things that could be improved upon: family room sofa was not comfortable or spacious enough, there was pet hair on sofa, the iron was rusted & damaged my clothing, there weren’t enough supplies: garbage bags, paper towels. Lastly, the A/C register in ceiling needs to be cleaned - lots of dust, eyesore, and makes me think that the filters need changing. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and would like to return! As noted in the listing, we provide a small starter supply of essentials for the first day. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional garbage bags, paper towels, and other supplies needed during their stay, as listed on the description of the property. Our A/C system is professionally maintained on a regular schedule, with no more than six months between services. This includes inspections and air filter changes. We’ll also have the ceiling register checked and cleaned. We’re sorry about the pet hair on the sofa and the iron damaging your clothing. We’ll address these with our cleaning team and replace the iron. We also appreciate your feedback about the sofa’s comfort and seating capacity. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We’d be happy to welcome you back!

We stayed at this home in February 2026, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kids’ spaces were adorably fun and so thoughtfully designed, while the adult spaces were stylish, comfortable, and relaxing.The pool area was incredible…heated to 84 degrees and featuring pool slides, a lazy river, and a splash pad/water playground. It truly felt like a private resort! We also had so much fun in the free arcade and enjoyed lunch by the pool along with yard games (corn hole and connect four), which made the experience even better.The host was fantastic and truly went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left something at the property. That level of care and responsiveness meant so much.We would highly recommend this home and can’t wait to come back!
