Our beautiful fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom, two bathroom, single storey pool home is located in a quiet residential area, just a short north westerly drive from the popular town of Kissimmee. Built on an over sized plot, our home offers the 'Best of Both Worlds'. Guests may relax on the private pool terrace area, which is screened for your protection from insects, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the unspoilt open countryside. Take a refreshing swim in our sparkling, heated pool, pamper yourself in the invigorating Jacuzzi, or just snooze on one of the sun loungers provided.

Third time at this villa

We've visited Florida about 12 times now and have stayed at this villa the last 3 times, wish we'd found it earlier.Super villa in an excellent location, very easy access to all types of shopping and easy access to parks and attractions.In a quiet area and very good privacy.We'll be booking our fourth stay as soon as we can.Host is superb with all the information easily explained and is very hospitable.Thanks again Terry

Fabulous Villa in quiet residential location

A perfect villa for our stay with friends. We all enjoyed the fabulous showers and made good use of the well equipped kitchen, there's even a great coffee machine. The pool and outdoor seating area is wonderful. Book this property if you're a nature lover as it backs onto Shingle Creek nature reserve.

Great short stay

Myself and my wife stayed for several days. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in the Orlando area. It was well located to the theme parks in a peaceful neighbourhood and it was nice to have a private pool area to relax in on the hot days.

Simply the best!

In on word, AMAZING! The whole process from initial booking to arrival, stay and check out was an easy and great process. Terry (the host), has been very accommodating and helpful, often responding to any enquiries within a very short period of time (given the time differences involved). The villa is very well laid out and equipped, it really is a home from home. Location wise, it is perfect for easy access to the parks, local Walmart, WaWa, Target etc. and easy to get onto main routes such as the 192, I4 etc for Old Town, I Drive and beyond to Kennedy Space Centre for example. It is about a 30 minute drive to/from MCO airport (depending on traffic). The villa is spectacular and equipped with everything you need. There were even some frozen ice packs in the freezer compartment if you need them for a cool box when out and about. My children loved the pool and hot tub! The coffee machine was fab too along with the huge selection of coffee pods available. If you decide to stay in and cook (as we did occasionally), you have everything you need as there is a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Everything is simply perfect. Do not have any hesitation about booking this amazing villa. The villa is the best and Terry is an amazing host. I cannot rate Terry and the villa highly enough. We are already planning a return visit.

This villa is ideally located with easy access to everything you could want on a trip to Orlando/Kissimmee, we really enjoyed our stay and are looking to return in 2024. The host Terry is very approachable and helpful, cannot say we would want for more than this villa, highly recommended.

Quiet neighbourhood close to parks

This is a beautiful, spacious property that is well maintained and located about 25mins from Disney in a quiet neighbourhood. The host is helpful & responsive. The property has everything you would need. There are even a series of QR codes around the house should you need help with anything. We’ve stayed in this property before & look forward to doing so again.

This home is in Kissimmee

Lovely home. Very spacious. Very quiet area. Everything worked and was in good order. The Master Bedroom Shower is of a perfect design. The heated pool and the lanai area really enhance our stay. Loads of seating, covered space with table and natural habit as a view. Communications all worked well. The 2 mountain style bikes in the garage were ready to ride and came in handy. We enjoyed our stay and have no reservations about recommending this property.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

close to shops and the major traffic routes to all the parks. Terry was very helpful and offered plenty of help and tips for things to do. The house is well-equipped and very family-friendly with a very nice pool and out-door area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you need a nice house in a quiet area that are close to all the Orlando attractions. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house! We had to restart the router a few times, other than that everything was great and we really had a wonderful time there. The kids were big fans of the pool and all the toys and there was everything we needed.

A great villa, providing everything we needed for a great holiday.

The villa delivered all that it promised and ticked all the boxes for location, content, cleanliness and comfort. An oasis of calm

We have just returned from a 3 week stay at the villa and have nothing but praise. The villa is very well laid out and has all amenities you could want from a holiday home, such as comfortable beds, ceiling fans and air con to keep you cool, plenty of dining space both in and out and excellent outdoor space which is protected from bugs by mesh, and the added bonus of a hot tub! The 4 bedrooms are separated within the house, so it would be ideal for 2 families. The complex, although not gated, felt safe and was inhabited by families. The villa backs onto a conservation area meaning there is peace and quite, a huge bonus after the hectic nature of the theme parks. The conversation area also allowed us to see much wildlife including 5 deer, squirrels, a few snakes...and an armadillo! We also viewed the rocket launch at cape canveral form the hot tub! This is the ideal place to spend a holiday in the Orlando region being only 20 minutes from the Disney parks and half an hour from Universal. Perfect facilities and a perfect holiday. We will recommend to our friends and will return! Helen

“Do not hesitate to book with this host. This home is in an amazing neighbourhood with tons of shopping and restaurants within an arms reach. The house itself was exactly as described. The pool and hot tub were a great touch. The fact that this host offers such a detailed house rules and facts is great, these are such things as where to eat, shop and local things to do in the area. He offers a GPS for you to use while your there, which is very helpful if you don’t have one of your own. The host was very accommodating to some requests that we had as well as answered our questions very quickly. We also used the washing machine & clothes dryer during our stay. This home is equipped with everything that you may need. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with this host again. It was a pleasure dealing with you during our vacation. Thank you.”

Excellent winter break

Stayed at the villa for 2 weeks in January. Found to be exactly as advertise and in line with previous customers reviews, so not a great deal to add...... Pool and hot tub were fantastic, even if the weather was a little cool. The villa is very well equipped and in a prime location for amenities but far enough away to give a excellent level of privacy. Enjoyed walking the trails around near by Shingle Creek, and even got to see the deer at the end of the garden. Terry proved to be a good communicator, quickly responding to emails and proactively checking if anything was ok. Would love to return for future Florida trips Leigh

Superb property and ideal owner

From the first contact with the owner, the renting of this property has been smooth and professional. The house is beautiful, decorated to a high standard with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. It's ideally located for all the parks and yet is in a very quiet location. We can't recommend both Terry and the property highly enough and can't wait to stay again.

Sue, my wife and I both run our own businesses: I run and IT support Company, Sue a Commercial Cleaning Company. I also play in a Rock and Roll band and a Latin-Jazz band, we try to spend as much time as wecan enjoying the sun and lifestyle in beautiful Florida.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home because of it's proximity to all things Disney, we are a little over 8 miles from downtown disney. We also love the rural setting of home, whilst it is on a small sub-division of around 80 houses it is intensely private with wonderful views over open countryside at the rear of the property. We are short half mile walk from Shingle Creek Park, which is a developing nature reserve full of wild life such as wild deer, hawks, eagles and a vast array of exotic birds.

We love the tranquility of home - we have wonderful neighbours who all live here full time. Thats is one of the attractions of our sub-divsion: very few rental homes, so peace and quiet is ensured at all times.

What makes this property unique

Each morning when we are here we take a relaxing 3 mile walk around Shingle Creek Park which runs across the back of our home - this is unique in this part of Kissimmee. Depending on guests and circumstances a visit to Disney Workd is required! A short 20 minute drive gets you to the Disney Gate or Downtoen Disney and Islands of Adventure. We a re a short drive from International Drive, the hub of the tourist uiverse. We a re a short drive from Downtown Kissimmee with its modern and stylish bars and restaurants, a little further takes your to St Cloud with its wonderful Lakes and boating charter facilities.
