Beautiful 2nd floor oceanfront complex. Condo has ocean views and is steps away from the Atlantic Ocean! 3bed/2bath comfortably sleeps 8 people.

The condo has TV in living room (50 inch) and primary bedroom, high-speed internet, a fully stocked kitchen and is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Pool is open year-round.

PLEASE NOTE:
***Bed linens and bath towels are not provided***
If you would like, you are able to rent linens and towels from multiple locations on the island. Care linens is a great option.

Ocean Isle Summer Concert Series every Friday night 6:30 - 8:00 pm, May 28th through September 17th. It’s outside and free!

Recommended restaurants on the island include Sharky’s, Ocean Isle fish Company, Jinks Creek, and Causeway Gourmet. Great restaurants off the Island include Oyster Rock, The Boundary House, and Inlet View.

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it again! The condo was really clean and comfortable. The views area surrounding is beautiful and it is a very short walk to the beach. Overall, amazing experience!

Awesome House!

Stayed here for a relaxing fall break with a small group of friends and it was a perfect weekend! Property was so clean and cute and the access to the beach was very easy! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun beach trip in a small, charming beach town!

We love this end of OIB and the host was very responsive. Host needs hire a property manager to ensure basic levels of cleanliness and repair are maintained

This unit fit our needs perfectly.

The space was comfortable and nice for my family to enjoy each other. Had some problem getting in but the manager responded quickly to get us in. There was a drainage problem in the hall bath room that had the draining very slow.

More detail needed.

Check in process was easy and inclusions of towels and linens made for one less item to handle ourselves. However, linens were not cleaned prior to arrival so we had to wash ourselves as well as sweep and mop floors. Host was quick to respond to issues and accommodating.

Well equipped but dirty

Beds, living room and kitchen OK. But the place wasn't the cleanest. Laundry closest very dusty, top of refrigerator dirty. The worst was the black mold on the trim by both tubs (I poured bleach on them) and air vents. I also had to clean my second bath tub as it looked like someone took a mud bath in it with a brown ring. One deck chair legs were so rusted you couldn't sit on it. Sheets/Towels ok quality. On the positive The furniture was good, plenty of cleaning supplies, only one set of kitchen towels, great location to a beautiful beach and pool. I contacted the owner and she was unaware or any of this as she only goes there in the off season and hopefully will have addressed all of this soon.

Was fantastic to be able to grab a weekend rental in August at such a great location. Bedrooms were all appointed nicely, and the location close to the beach was really nice.

Great Place

I have been going to OIB and Holden for 20 years. Typically rent a house w several families. This condo was perfect for the 7 of us. It is most convenient to the best part of the beach, and a short distance to the pool on your way. Nice decks and sitting area. The professionalism of the owner/manager was probably the best ever! Met all our expectations.

Great gem close to the beach!

The condo is decorated way above average, and very comfortable, also. Easy walk to the beach. Midway through the week, the A/C wasn't keeping the place cool and the owners responded quickly. Within hours they had repairmen on site and we were cool in no time. Highly recommend!

Alex was VERY helpful and responsive to our concerns. The unit was easy to access and she was very considerate to our questions once we arrived. We love the west side of OIB and her unit allowed us to really experience the island in a way we hadn't in prior visits. Would love to use this location again!

We came down for just a weekend visit and was thoroughly impressed by this unit & its owner!

We stayed for two nights. Far enough out for the quiet, but, close enough to restaurants. Unit was clean and well stocked. Ocean view and access to the beach were great. We enjoyed our stay!
