If you are looking for the perfect waterfront getaway, look no further! This unit has breathtaking views of the new Jackson Street Pier and Sandusky Bay from its large private patio. Located in the center of the building, this condo is just steps from the pool, parking and walkable Downtown Sandusky. With so many fun recreational activities, this Chesapeake Lofts condo in the heart of Downtown Sandusky is a vacation destination you won't want to miss!


**This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.**

-We can not accommodate check-ins earlier than 4 pm.

**The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation**

**TV's are smart-enabled – No cable or streaming subscriptions included. You're welcome to log in with your own accounts. Please let us know if you have any questions!**

** Outdoor pool & hot tub are seasonal - Typically Memorial Day - Labor Day, but could vary depending on temperatures. Please inquire with any questions. **

**Periodically, this building undergoes maintenance that may impact the view and noise in this unit. Please inquire if you have any questions.**

**Coin operated laundry facilities inside building.**

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit or on the balcony at anytime.**

**No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.**

**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do adhere to our cancellation policy.**

Check out instructions are as follows:

-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.

-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.

This was absolutely amazing. We were close enough to all the entertainment but also on the water and wonderful view. We didn’t need anything but clothes and food! The host was available at all times. The neighborhood felt very safe and we enjoyed walking around town and all it had to offer. Ferry was right next door to go to put in bay or Kelly’s island!

This is our 4th year coming to Chesapeake Lofts and we have stayed in David and Christine’s condo and we have really been blessed. The location is perfect. You enter and walk straight to the condo, and it’s a convenient straight shot to the pool. We also enjoy the patio area, which looks right at the water. The condo is clean and the communication with David has always been fast and easy to understand. We hope to stay here again next summer.

This property is conveniently located near some of the best attractions on Lake Erie: Put-in-Bay, Kelley's Island, Pelee Island, Middle Bass Island, and Cedar Point. We are proud to be within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and bars in the area. Furthermore, this property offers amenities unlike any others. We have a great pool, full-stocked fitness center, transient marina next door and ferries to and from our favorite destinations!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this property when the notion of turning this historic building into condos first surfaced. The Chesapeake Lofts was built in a former paper factory, in fact, it was the company that invented corrugated cardboard boxes! We love the open, industrial feel of the condo, paired with the historical richness of the brick architecture. The views are absolutely breathtaking over Sandusky Bay, and catching a glimpse of a freighter as it arrives and departs the Sandusky coal docks is truly remarkable! We hope you enjoy this one-of-a-kind unit as much as we do!
