We had a great overnight stay in Sandusky! The place was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed the sports theme decor. Communication with the host was excellent, and we especially appreciated that our pets were welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and a great trip to Cedar Point! The host was very responsive and helpful, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated having laundry on site.We had four kids with us, and they absolutely loved having the arcade game to enjoy during our downtime. The location was also perfect for Cedar Point—close enough that we could easily come back to the apartment to rest during the hottest part of the day and then head back to the park for the evening. We truly had no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

A great place in a quaint area

The place was great! The check in process was easy, and the place was very clean and was furnished well. The area was quiet and felt safe, and there was a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the property. The owners were great and I would 100% stay again!

This was an ok place to stay, we were not there much. I booked this to have some where more private than a hotel room to sleep for my daughter and I going to Cedar Point. The steps going to the upper unit were very steep and shakey. I would have preferred the lower unit, but did not pay attention there was more than one uint on this property.

The house is old but that is a major part of its charm. It was spotless and not having to pack my own linens was the deciding factor in deciding to stay there. Ms. Chicotel was a wonderful host--couldn't ask for better. I also loved the Keurig and tea pot. There was decaf and regular coffee and in varying strenghts. Who does that? After a long drive up from Maryland, it was pure bliss to relax with a cup of tea. I slept in the next day, had coffee and then planned my grocery trip. Already, I was relaxed. The apartment is central to everything I wanted to do and everyone I wanted to see. Ms. Chicotel has several other places and I am looking at these for next year. She has my vote 1000%

Great experience in Sandusky.

We had a great time for our vacation/baseball tournament. The property is minutes from everything in Sandusky right by the downtown waterfront area. It was well equipped and met all our families needs and Mimi was a great host. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was easy to communicate with.

We stayed in Sandusky for my daughter's wrestling meet at the cedar point sports center. This apartment was perfect for what we needed and had extra things that we might have forgotten. We did lol . Thank you so much for a nice safe home.

Great Host / Great location

Mimi was an outstanding host. She responded quickly to anything we needed. The property was very clean and looked exactly as it does in the listing. Perfect spot if you are visiting Sandusky. Walking distance to downtown. We are boaters and the Paper District Marina is only 2 blocks away. We were able to walk back and forth from our boat to the house. The historic house is very charming.

Nice

It worked great for what we needed. It is up stairs and not sure if I missed it in the listing but the top bunk says weight limit is like 120lbs( which we didn’t want to test it). We had enough beds where it didn’t bother us but could be a problem for others. Other than that it had everything we needed and the host answered on the first call when we had a issue and fixed it
