Property was 7 hours from us. After driving 5 hours I see a message from the property manager stating they have double booked so they are cancelling us.I have my wife, son and our dog on my a holiday weekend with nowhere to stay already 5 hours away. When I contact them I get this message about what they can do and how soon they can cancel per verbo policy. Will never look their way and will make sure I don’t book from the same people again.

We also noticed that the Vrbo booking was made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, which contributed to the difficulty in resolving the scheduling conflict in time.
