Facing southwest, you can enjoy its 50 m² terrace, swimming pool (7 m × 3.5 m), and a tree-lined patio, all completely private.

Tastefully decorated in an industrial style, you’ll be charmed by this fully equipped villa, classified as a 3-star furnished holiday rental.


It features a large living room, dining room, and kitchen, all facing southwest and opening onto a large terrace with a pool, which you can easily access through the two floor-to-ceiling windows. The air conditioning makes this space very comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of appliances: a Nespresso coffee machine, Cookeo, electric kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, beer tap, and more...

A very cosy living room, filled with natural light, which also features a large open mezzanine offering a second living area and a cosy nook with plenty of board games and books available for your enjoyment.
A sofa bed completes the sleeping area on the mezzanine. (size of a single rollaway bed).

Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find a large pantry with a full-size refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and dryer.

A beautiful, quiet sleeping area (separated by a hallway) features two large bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 / 190)
There is also a master suite with a queen-size bed (180/200), a walk-in closet, a shower, and air conditioning.
These three beautiful bedrooms overlook the garden and the pool and are equipped with electric shutters.
Duvets and pillows are provided.

A large bathroom is also part of this sleeping area and features two sinks, a large bathtub, and a walk-in shower.
Spacious closets provide plenty of storage for your belongings.
Please pack your own bath towels.

Two parking spaces are adjacent to the house.

The entire property is available for your use, except for:
- the pool equipment room
- the garage

This is our primary residence; we ask that you take good care of the house, as well as the furnishings and equipment.

Some of our personal belongings may be present in the house.

End-of-stay cleaning is covered by the cleaning fee. However, the property must be left tidy and in a normally clean condition. Check-out instructions are available in the property.

This house may not be rented for the purpose of hosting parties.

Finally, either by email or upon your arrival, you will need to fill out a rental agreement
with the person who welcomes you, and we ask that you provide us with a check for €2,500 as a security deposit.

Villedoux is a town located 14 km from city centre La Rochelle and 17 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge.
There are a few shops in Villedoux (bakery, bar/tobacco shop, pizzeria, weekend market).
There are several shopping centers within 6 km.

This house is equipped with a high chair and a travel cot with a changing table.

The pool is heated to 28 degrees from May through the end of September (unless weather conditions beyond our control prevent it).

A key box is available for late arrivals.
