Home is in America's largest 55+ retirement community offering nightly entertainment, pickleball, softball, golf and many other amenities to include over 2,500 clubs/organizations. All utilities, HOA Fees included in rental price.
Nicely decorated, comfortable home, centrally located to golf courses, shopping, recreational centers, restaurants and around the corner to community swimming pool/mail station. Around 1,300 square foot living space area, with a two-car garage, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Golf Cart available ($400/month value). Village ID Cards will need to be acquired on day of arrival to enjoy all the benefits of living here (~$50.00 Cost to You). All new appliances, that include a double oven. Home has whole house filtering system installed.

Why they chose this property

Centrally located between two town squares: Brownwood & Sumter Landing. Around the corner from community pool, that is heated all year round. Just down the street from the Champion Golf Course of Belle Glade, along with being close to four other courses and Executive Course. Just off a main road that runs north and south in The Villages.
