This location was absolutely perfect! Pool right across the street! Town square feet away with shops, entertainment and food! Only complaint is that the bathroom needs serious updating. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Debby is a great host! Super responsive and helpful when I reached out to her. Would definitely stay here again - steps away from Rosemary beach and a few blocks from Alys beach! We rented bikes from pavilion in village and had a wonderful time riding around all three local beach towns. Condo is exactly as described and we had no issues!Would recommend anyone looking to spend the day at the beach to book umbrellas/chairs in advance as it was hard to find spot at the Seacrest beach location that allowed us to just lay our towel or use the condo provided chairs since we got out there later in day and the rentals were all booked. We did squeeze in somewhere but had I known would have booked the chairs in advance and/or went earlier to secure my spot. (Not negative against the VRBO itself, just sharing for those who may also rent this unit and want to know in advance!)

My stay was great. The condo is basic, but equipped with everything you need. The owner was extremely responsive and assisted with a slight issue I needed her assistance with. Location is absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks!

Pros and cons. The property could not have been in a better location for our trip plans. Seacrest beach access as well as Rosemary and Alys beach shops and restaurants were all easily walkable and accessible with Seaside being only a 20 minute drive. The property included shops and restaurants nearby that made quick bites, dessert, and last minute purchases easy. The property itself however felt like a bit of a miss. The living room couch has some staining and the rug and bathroom mat both left dirt and other unknown residues on our feet resulting in us having to wear shoes at all times around the unit. The wooden bathroom mat was uncomfortable to stand on and appears to be leaving a black dust-like substance on the floor which was concerning as water absorbing into wood is not ideal in a bathroom. While I realize this was not a hotel, for travelers bringing folded and packed clothes, hangers would have been appreciated as steaming clothes was quiet difficult. The unit did have two beach chairs and an umbrella which was extremely helpful given the cost of rentals, which we thankfully had not made prior to arriving as we were unaware of the chair and umbrellas being available. One of the chairs was broken but we were able to make it work enough to save on rental fees. Overall, the unit served it's purpose but we would have appreciated a little more of a cleanliness feeling.

Wedding weekend

Needed a small place for my husband and I to stay for the weekend. We were at the beach to attend a wedding. Loved that we were able to walk everywhere. The beach, shopping, dinner in Rosemary, coffee shops. It was perfect!

Great for short stay with kids

Very much enjoyed this studio style condo, just across the street from a beautiful pool complex. Thankfully, the walk to the beach was only about 10 minutes because we found the tram service extremely unpredictable. Reported to be short staffed as everything else in this era. This is a busy area, as preferred by my preteen with access to pizza, live music, and ice cream just around the corner. I enjoyed the peace of the pool and the beach after about 4:00. All in all, wonderful for a short trip.

Perfect beach getaway

Our son has a home in Seacrest Beach and we all went there for Thanksgiving. We decided to get our own room so we would have a quiet place to go to since his house was so busy. It was very nice with lots of reading material. It was well decorated and very clean. Also, footsteps away from his house. It worked out great.!
