Welcome to our Comfortable Bungalow in the quaint Wilmington district! Just minutes from downtown Wilmington, the beautiful river walk, and the best beaches North Carolina has to offer.

This is a perfect option for family getaways, couples retreats, extended stays, work from home (away from home), work travel, etc - we have you covered! Great opportunities to explore Carolina Beaches and Wilmington Downtown. Great location for many activities. Minutes from the Airport. Fast home WiFi. Great property size which includes a driveway and street parking, attractive bungalow style front porch, comfortable back deck with dining table and grill, as well as a large back yard for plenty of activities.

Comfortable, homey, floor plan with open flow from living room to dining room. Fast, reliable WiFi provided - perfect for work-from-home as well as entertainment including a smart TV with the major streaming services. Collection of games for good-ole' family fun. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic amenities and more, as well as a large pantry with some basic provided goods and space to store your own. Beautifully light and airy sun room and laundry closet, perfect for safely storing outdoor equipment, lounging, or even working at a desk. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which have large comfortable queen beds, and the 3rd with a bunk bed and a separate single bed great for friends or kids. There are 2 full bathrooms, 1 completing the master suite and the 2nd being a central full bathroom with beautiful stand-alone tub and shower.

Wilmington is a historic and scenic city surrounded by water. Our home is located in a quaint neighborhood of bungalows just 2 miles from the main downtown Wilmington area - an easy drive, stroll, bike-ride, or uber. The neighborhood has lots of character, and you will find the neighbors to all be very friendly.

The downtown area in Wilmington is full of vibrant restaurants, bars, and historic sites. If you are the active type, jogging to the downtown and riverfront area is a great idea! For the beach-goers, our home is a short 15-minute drive to the spectacular, popular, and beautiful Wrightsville beach. Just a tad further is Carolina beach, a 30-minute drive, which offers beach car access at Freeman Park or Fort Fisher, with great opportunities for camping, fishing, tailgating.

Great location- loved the porch - felt like home 🏡

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room (4) and would be perfect for a family with children. We never used the 3rd bedroom. Location was quiet but close to downtown for food & fun. We even used the BBQ one night and ate dinner as a family at home. Huge nice big dining room table!

Good neighborhood... would have been great....if not forthe toxic smell

I''M SURE THAT THIS WAS ONCE A BEAUTIFUL HOME... with Quite a bit of TLC... AND BETTER CLEANING methods... also some backyard beautification.... it could be very nice... needs better quality kitchen tools .. and DEFINEITLY a new broom....I AM very picky about my cleaning products... I have stayed at MANY AIRb&b's and have never had to deal with the HORRID FABULOSA smell.. MAYBE VRBO's are different... it's really a shame.. Could have been really good.....The property manager was helpful though....he did respond quickly...

fantastic location

The bungalow was perfect for our holiday weekend stay in wilmington. very convenient to downtown, space for the family to spread out and a yard for my kids to roam around. A quiet little neighborhood that I had never visited before (I spent my college years in town many years ago).

Graduation weekend!

Perfect accommodations for friends & family in town for my son's graduation at UNC-W. The airport was just minutes away which was perfect for the people flying in. We had a celebration party at Long Leaf Park which was also only minutes away which allowed additional friends and family to attend. We stayed multiple days & nights so cooked often at the house. Ample cookware, could benefit a new toaster & more kitchen towels. Very limited bath towels for this length of stay & number of people & didn't have time to be washing them that often so pack your own or bring extra laundry detergent if staying longer than a couple nights. Overall great house & very spacious. Located near everything!!! Thank you!!

It served the purpose for business travel

Convenient location to everything, there is a. Purple of abandoned home on this street which gave me pause going in, also a neighbors sign in the yard was concerning at first, but we n the end the neighborhood was fine. Additionally I highly recommend a restaurant that is about a mile away the name is Indochine it is Thai/Vietnamese the food service and atmosphere was fantastic! I think I could eat their every day!
