Single-family house "Les Ecuries". Outside the resort, in the countryside. For shared use: boccia. Private: natural garden 5'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (12 x 4 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Terrace (120 m2), parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop "Gare de Limoux" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Cité de Carcassonne 32 km. Please note: car recommended. horses, a donkey and sheeps nearby. A refrigerator was installed near the pool .
6-room house 300 m2 on 3 levels. Partly renovated in 2025, stylish furnishings: large living/dining room 120 m2 with TV and international TV channels (flat screen), DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and shower. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), separate WC and shower. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (dolce gusto) extra) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase) lounge. Electric heating. Porch 12 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8). Marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Garage (2 cars), height 225 cm, width 237 cm. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. 3 wall fountains and a skylight in the living room. Alambra mosaics (Arabic type) throughout the house. The rooms located upstairs are in the tower, the living room is accessible via the double bedroom only from where we have a 180 degree view of the surrounding countryside. A plancha (gas) has been installed on the terrace near the kitchen. Please note: Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms.

Lovely location for Carcassonne area

A characterful house with lovely spacious, and cool living area and kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable enough except they had no air conditioning. The twin room off the kitchen benefited from cooling in the living space, but we relied on electric fans to keep the edge off the heat, in the two ground floor double rooms. The rooms in the Tower were too hot to be useable, so our son slept on a camp bed in the lounge (we had up to 40 deg daytime temperatures). Beautiful outside spaces & views).

Estuvimos muy bien, nos preocupaba pasar frio pero la calefacción era buena. La cocina y utensilios fantásticos, hay de todo. A mejorar : - La limpieza de las lámparas; habia muchos insectos muertos en ellas. - Sólo teníamos una toalla por persona. En general muy bien, repetiríamos sin problema.

Das Ferienhaus wurde im 2000 erstellt. Langsam braucht es nun eine Renovation an Wänden, Böden und der Küche. Möbel und Betten sind sehr gut. Die Parkanlage und der Poolbereich sind einmalig und sehr gut gepflegt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Hanglage und ca. 5 km von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Zimmer im 1. Stock und Turmzimmer nur durch schmale Wendeltreppen erreichbar.

super semaine au hameau de vendemies

nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette spacieuse maison avec une vue incroyable (soleil couchant depuis la tour de la maison) et un immense jardin! la pièce de vie façon ryad est très agréable pour les petits comme pour les plus grands. De plus la maison est assez bien située pour visiter les différents châteaux cathares!

Ferienhaus Les Ecuries

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit gigantischem Garten und traumhafter Poolanlage mit Beleuchtung. Die Einteilung der Schlafzimmer ist für 2 Familien ungünstig, da ein Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock nur durch eine steile Treppe erreicht werden kann. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem. Ansonsten bietet das Haus sehr viel Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage des Hauses ist phantastisch, einsam in den Bergen, mitten in der Natur. Der große Pool ist super. Man kann unheimlich gut entspannen auf dem großen Anwesen mit riesigem parkähnlichem Garten. Würden immer wieder kommen.

Sehr großes, sehr sauberes Ferienbaus mit toller Aussicht, sehr schönem Pool samt sogar Poolbar. Besonders haben wir das riesige Wohnzimmer und den großen Esstisch außen unter einer Rosen-Laube genossen. Leider gibt es aber kein WLAN, dafür war aber der normale Handy-Empfang sehr gut.

Dieses Haus, mit dem Pool und dem grossen Garten, hat zu 100% unserem Wunsch entsprochen. Sehr ruhiges, von Hügeln umgebenes kleines Dorf ausserhalb Limoux. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Unbedingt mit dem Auto anreisen.

Bluffant éblouissant de beauté ! Grandiose ! Un coin de paradis qui vous dépayse ! Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve en famille. Tout est pensé dans cette ancienne écurie ! Un propriétaire adorable et discret.Lieu calme offrant une multitude de fleurs, et de fruits, et de plantes.Le bar de la piscine avec un espace à manger et un frigo c'est top ! Cette maison vaut le détours. Le coin est superbe pour randos, balades, footing. C'est le TOP !!! Seul bémol, il n'y a pas de WIFI ?

Sehr gutes Haus und schöne Umgebung

Haus ist sehr groß und alles nötiges ist da. Ideal für große Familie. Ein riesigen geschlossenen Garten. Pool ist gross und gepflegt. Besitzer von Haus ist nett und wohnt nicht weit weg (das ist sehr praktisch in Notfall) In 8 km Einkauf Zone mit mehrere Geschäften.
