Four bedroom villa with two bathrooms, East facing pool with covered lanai area to be able to enjoy breakfast , lunch or dinner rain or shine.
3 rooms of queen beds, one room of double twin beds.
Free wifi and long distance calls.
Roku smart tvs.
Can be to Walt Disney World in 22 minutes.
Pool heat can be purchased for $25 per day extra.
Fully stocked with linens and cookware, dishes.
Large washing machine and dryer.
This home is not in the gated community part.
Its not gated.
If outside temps drop below 50 degrees , the pool heater will not work. A starter pack of toileteries will be provided but once they are gone it is up to guests to buy their own, we dont provide daily turn about service.

Great place

Perfect place away from all the traffic of Orlando, but close enough to drive to attractions and parks. Kids enjoyed the pool. So much better than a hotel. Plenty of room to spend time with each other. Would stay here again.

The property was very comfortable, well stocked with everything you would need. The location is very convenient as well, a reasonable distance from the parks without having to stay in the tourist trap area.

Great Vacation Home

Stayed at this beautiful vacation home in March/April 2023. The house is tastefully decorated (as it appears in pictures). The neighbourhood is very quiet, and is great for anyone who likes to walk.The residents are quite friendly, but are respectful of your privacy. There is an abundance of shopping in the area just a short drive away. Rebecca and the property management crew were great to deal with and very responsive to any inquiries. We had such an enjoyable vacation and would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Nice but needs some attention

This place was very spacious as described. The pool was clean. The shower heads had limited flow. The kitchen had sparse standard amenities. Adding dish soap, salt and pepper and a few other items would be helpful. We were looking forward to the pool table but it was broken and unable to be used.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Absolutely wonderful vacation. Ease of booking and the communication was great. Home supplied everything you would need. Very kid friendly, even strollers and a high chair available to use. House located in a cute & quiet neighborhood. Safety was never a concern, not even a lot of traffic in the neighborhood. My husband and I booked this home for our family’s vacation. My 2 adult children and their spouses, our granddaughters 4 & 9 and my mother all stayed here comfortably. Location was great, it was not a long trip to Disney, stores and many choices for meals.

Good Property, Great Price

Pros: Great value for the home. Owner who really worked to address our concerns. Cons: No wifi (not the owners fault, but needed to be noted). Some conflicting house rules (i.e. trash timing posted on fridge conflicted with that in house brochure). Not in a gated community. Overall, this isn't a 5 star property, but a nice 3.5-4 star property. The house itself was in good shape. It met our needs, which was a long-weekend in which we spent little time in the home. If we were staying longer than a weekend, I would probably consider something a little more upscale in a gated community, but for the price, this was great.

Decent but needs some attention

Loved the neighborhood, super quiet neighborhood, construction noise at house behind but can't help that. Loved that it's close to Disney. Very spacious for our family of 5. Some things that need attention: -dryer needs fixing, takes 2 cycles to dry and door handle is broken -pool table needs to be leveled -towels are awful! Old, paper thin, dingy. -hand soap would be great instead of hotel bar soap -only given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a family of 5, that's definitely not enough -patio loungers are super uncomfortable -house just needs a deep clean. I understand you can't do a deep clean after each renter, but a deep clean every few months would do wonders. Tile and grout need deep clean so badly!
