When you step into SunDestin 0710, you will be greeted by tranquil vibes of the coast. The cozy living room welcomes you with seating for four and a captivating view of the Gulf of Mexico, looking out over the beach-front balcony. The well-equipped kitchen will meet your needs, whether planning for home-cooked meals or a quick snack after a day at the beach or lounging by the pool.



This 1-bedroom one and a half bath Destin vacation rental is perfect for up to four people, recharge each night in the comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. Flat-panel televisions are located in the living room and bedroom.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Condo is beautiful and clean. We have stayed at Sundestin several times and this was the most up to date room we have had, so pretty!The shower drain is really slow and the workers making a lot of noise during the day. Suppose to be done soon.

It was a great place- beach view and easy access to everything !

We had a great time, the condo was perfect. It was great to walk out on the patio and see the ocean – beautiful views every day. It has a convenience store and a restaurant basically all that you need in one place.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Condo is exceptionally cleaned and kitchen was well equipped with everything possible that you would need. Short short walk to the beach was very pleasant with the chair and umbrella rentals. They complex has everything you could need. We will definitely be back. Incredible stay

We had a beautiful one week stay at this unit. From the moment we walked in the door, we were hooked. The view is phenomenal and location is perfect. Though it was just a one bedroom, we felt very comfortable. It is a solid unit and we rarely heard anything outside with the doors closed. The only thing we wished it had was a ceiling fan in the bedroom as it got a little stuffy at night. Staff was very helpful, professional and wanted to do everything to make sure our stay was perfect. We'll be back and already talking about coming back next year.

The view, balcony, and ease of beach access were superb. The unit was clean and looked just like the listing photos. However, be prepared to make a shopping run for even the most basic supplies. For example, I’d expected a Keurig coffee maker and brought k cups with me. (The listing may have specified a traditional coffee pot, and I just overlooked it.). So, I bought a bag of coffee at the nearest Target. When I returned to the unit, I realized that there were no coffee filters provided. Other basics were provided but in very small quantities (dish soap in a bottle similar to travel-size hand sanitizer, one roll of paper towels, and very few trash bags.) The “What to pack” instructions did indicate the need for renters to bring such basics, but I’ve never seen such a limited quantity provided. The listing also warns of renovation noise. Do not take that warning lightly. Moreover, this unit is by the elevator, so there’s plenty of foot traffic noise as well.

The condo is equipped with a traditional drip coffee maker, and while we don’t provide coffee filters, we understand how that might have been an unexpected inconvenience — especially if you packed for a Keurig. As for the starter supplies, we do provide a small welcome set to get guests started, but we encourage bringing or purchasing additional items for longer stays. We’re also sorry to hear that the renovation and elevator noise impacted your stay. While we do our best to notify guests in advance, we understand how it can affect the overall experience and appreciate your patience. Kids Screaming in the Hallways

Property was Older1980s style. Popcorn ceilings. mildew smell. TV did not work for the first 2 days were there. Maintenace finally came up and fixed it. To top it off we got covid while staying there. Lots of Kids. Next time we will look for an Adults only condo.

Love the Convenience

We have been coming to Sun Destin for over 20 years and love the amenities, the on-site store, on-site restaurant and bar, and the great views. We brought our kids when they were young and now bring our grandchildren. It is family friendly.

Awesome view. Condo was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is the balcony needs tall chairs instead of short so we can see over the rail. We would definitely stay here again.
