Great place!
First I have to say the place and location are absolutely beautiful. The house itself is remarkable. Beautiful views. Some hiccups- the place is ran by a third party management group. They ask you to pay insurance deposit (which is a large sum) in cash only at the office (which is very odd) and they say they you will get it back or you can just pay the included fee-which we did. Weird process. And the contract is miles long. Another pain point-there was no "guest key" to access the storage room to use the grill or I'm sure beach chairs etc. After calling the office twice, there was no response, as in, someone would answer, but wouldn't speak-you would just hear them. And then they call you back with the same. No voice-no response...just air. I also sent a message in the "guest portal" but no response. So apart from the third party management team, the place was beautiful. A couple palmetto insect friends but they weren't an issue. Also, the elevator is a bit tricky with the doors locking etc. We finally figured it out towards the end. Overall we would love to come back one day.
We had a great time. Gas stove pilot light kept clicking
There's an outlet out on the top floor of the sliding glass door next to the beach. There was consistent clicking on the gas stove when you turn it on after the pilot light ignites the flame. That was very irritating. The dishwasher also makes a lot of noise as it's running. Otherwise the house was great location was perfect. Thank you very much
