3 BEDROOM CONDO AT GRAND PALMS KISSIMMEE (3 bedrooms, sleeps 8) 5 miles or 10 minutes to Disney: Completely furnished with all the comforts of home.

This luxury condo comes complete with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully-equipped kitchen, living room (with queen sleeper), dining room, screened-in deck overlooking conservation area. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bathroom, second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. We also have a pack-n-play for infant.

Internet, central air-conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, laundry facilities with ironing board, wireless internet.

OUTDOOR: Heated Olympic-sized pool with lots of lounge chairs and huge deck, hot tub, BBQ charcoal grills, Picnic area with Gazebo, tennis courts, exercise room.

The heating units for the pool and the hot tub only worked approximately 5 days of my 63 days stay. The owner did everything she could to get the problem resolved without any luck!Having the property managed by an offsite company makes it difficult to get anything fixed or problems resolved!I hope the 120 credit I was promised shows up on my credit card statement as promised. Due to the fact that the issue with the pool and hot was never fixed, my credit amount should be increased. By doing that you increase my chances of booking future accomodations through you.

Great stay and great location right off Irlo Bronson and close Proximity to I-4. The only issues we had were the beds were a little on the stiff side and not very comfortable, and the condo is actually located on the second floor with no elevator access which was not disclosed in the listing. It was fine for us, but may be an issue for someone who can’t do stairs. Also the Hot tub by the pool stopped working on the 2nd day. Other than that, it was nicely, equipped with cookware and glasses, kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, and basic bathroom necessities to get you started. Just needs a little bit of updating. Thanks so much for the stay!!

Check in was simple, once inside property on the fridge is the list of things you must do upon check out. Somethings i do not have a problem doing when i stay somewhere but taking out the trash, starting the laundry with all the towels, stripping the beds, and doing the dishes is a bit extreme when being charged a cleaning fee. Doing one or two items no big deal...There was also no communication with the cleaning lady who you are supposed to contact upon exit when we had questions such as where was the laundry detergent or the trash supposed to go.

I am contacting my cleaning company to make sure this notice is removed immediately. I agree that it is not your responsibility to do these things. That's what I pay them to do. This condo was very clean and well maintained. It was very roomy and accommodated our needs.

Loved the pool area which was very close and well maintained. Other residents shared some of the local attractions that weren’t Disney related which appealed to us. On their advice, went to a nature reserve and saw 32 alligators which was awesome. Ventured to Old Town to see the classic cars that really appealed to my husband. Only negative thing with the condo was the fact that it was on the second story with a lot of steps. My husband is partially disabled and the stairs were difficult to climb. This was our first experience renting a condo so learned that we need to ask if it’s a ground level before booking. Otherwise, it was great! Would recommend to friends.

John and Dora's condo is spacious and very clean.The condo is tastefully decorated. Several improvements have been made over the past year. There is new furniture, pictures and some kitchen items. John and Dora are wonderful people to work with. We had a small issue which was addressed immediately. They want your stay to be pleasant and comfortable. The condo has a "screened-in" balcony over looking a nature area with a table and chairs. It is a great place to have your morning coffee or an evening beverage. The condo is complete with a modern washer and dryer. It is a three bedroom condo and the beds are comfortable. It has two complete baths to accommodate .family or guests. The condo has internet (WiFi) and cable TV.. There are TVs in every bedroom and in the living room. There are a number of DVDs to use and books to read. The condo association has improved the pool area with new lounge chairs, umbrellas.and tables. There is ample space for sunning and swimming. We found the people very friendly and we made several new friends. The Grand Palm resort is convenient to stores, restaurants and Disney properties. This is a wonderful place to stay. Frank Wippel

Nice plays, the parking tho...

The place was amazing, lots of space and confy. It was located nicely in between restaurants, stores and attractions. The only issue was that i eas offered a spot to park my car in, however the other residebts were using ALL the other spots and I had nowhere to park my car.

We purchased this condo because of its location; it's close to all amenities, parks, restaurants and shopping. The beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi is great for relaxing after a long day at the parks. We are near the new Margaritaville and H2O park. Lots of restaurants, entertainment, shopping approximately 1 mile from our condo.
