The "Coral Beach House" has been fully renovated! Located just a short walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, you will enjoy hanging at the beach during the day & discovering restaurants, bars & all the attractions CB has to offer. Home features stainless steel appliances, "suede" granite countertops and smart TV’s.  Large outdoor entertaining space with covered patio, hammock swings & views of canal. Have fun kayaking in Banana river with dolphins & manatees! 

For the Golfer, the course is located just a
mile away on Minuteman Drive.

2 Master suites with private bathrooms - One master has 1 King bed the other has 1 Queen bed) and 2 guest bedrooms (1 has 2 twins, other has 1 Queen), 3 bathrooms , Newly added pool & spa, 6 kayaks.
Upstairs owner's suite has 1 King and can accommodate 2 adults

We thought the house was perfect for what we needed. We had 10 senior women and needed a place to stay before our cruise out of Port Canaveral. The home provided the perfect space. We were leery of the kayaks just because of the way that they had to be placed in the water and entered into so we did not use them even though we planned on it. Heather was wonderful very responsive. The weather turned cooler than what we had expected so we only got to use the hot tub which was amazing. The outdoor space was great. The kitchen was perfect. We cooked our meals there in the evenings. We had the upstairs apartment and it was amazing. The two women that had the apartment had total peace and quiet, and it was totally separate from the rest of the house. It was very nice but did have a desperate entrance from the rest of the house. Checking into the property with super easy. We were able to walk to the beach and a couple of the restaurants in the area.

I don’t leave many reviews, but this one deserves it. We stayed here for a week while playing baseball at Spacecoast (30 min drive from the house). The house was spacious and clean. It also had everything we needed. Usually I bring spices, tp, paper towels, coffee filters etc, but this had everything and more. The kayaks were a bonus and the kids and adults loved kayaking and saw lots of manatees and dolphins. The only thing I’d say that would make the spaces even better would be black out curtains in the bedrooms. Beds and pillows were very comfortable as well! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and property layout

We rented the entire property with the upstairs apartment. It was perfect with the group we had. We all had our own rooms with plenty of living space. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and spices for cooking. Outside is a beautiful area with sitting in the sun or shade. On the back of the property is a canal that is great for getting out and kayaking. And of course the pool was lovely. The location is great only being around a ten minute walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. This is a great place to stay!

You need to stay here!

Our family just returned from a weeks vacation at the Coral House. The property was perfect. Beautiful new pool which was always the perfect temperature. The house has the canal right in its backyard which is so nice. We all used the kayaks daily and the fishing rods which were all provided by the host. Beach access was a short 10 minute walk. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs separate apartment which had its own washer/dryer, kitchen, little dining and living area and the most comfortable king size bed😴. My daughter and her new husband stayed in the other master suite in the main house which also had its own little kitchen area and en suite bathroom. Little honeymoon oasis for them both😊. Other bedrooms were great all bathrooms have been fully remodeled. The house is fully stocked with any extras you may need. Lots of spices, paper products,bath products, etc. Really nice dishes and great cookware. We had an absolutely perfect family vacation. Thank you Heather. Would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Amazing Weekend at the Coral Beach House!

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Coral Beach House! We gathered as an intergenerational family of 8 to celebrate a sweet sixteen and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience we had. Heather is a great host – very attentive and communicative. The process of booking, communicating beforehand, checking-in and checking-out were smooth. The layout of the house was perfect for having multiple couples as well as young adults. The location is unbeatable – we loved being on the canal and so close to downtown. We loved the bagel shop, the local coffee shop, and the Tiny Turtle restaurant. The house had everything we needed and great amenities like the dock, pool, beach chairs, and games.When we shared with Heather that we were looking to have surfing lessons for the birthday girl, she connected us with a friend of hers, Steve, who was terrific! He got a very cool and encouraging surfing instructor for us named Grant and hosted us at his location for the lessons two days in a row and all three young adults who participated had an amazing time. And they all stood up! It was magical. Our time in Cocoa Beach and at the Coral Beach House were unforgettable; we created memories for a lifetime and had time to relax together, have fun together, and re-kindle the bonds of kinship. We highly recommend the Coral Beach House as a great place to stay in a great town!

Such a great place to stay!

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation here! From using the bikes to ride to the beach, swimming in the pool, and even seeing dolphins while kayaking! We would definitely recommend staying here for anyones vacation!
