When you walk in the front door, the tall ceilings, large windows, and concrete floors set the tone of a this stout home. The main floor is open with a back door to a bbq patio and semi-private rear entrance. The kitchen has granite and composite counter-tops and all the amenities from home. Prepare meals with ease as it comes fully equipped with new appliances and a great supply of cookware, dinnerware, spices and dry goods.

The dining room table and extra chairs can accommodate a large family gathering of 8-10 people. The living room has a comfortable seating and sitting chairs for relaxing and visiting, playing games or watching movies.

The main floor has a queen bedroom and a full bathroom in addition to the kitchen, living and dining areas.

Going upstairs from the kitchen/living room floor brings you to the primary bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a large bathtub, and a large walk in closet.
