Private Lakefront Guest House on Saratoga Lake

Private lakefront studio guest house on Saratoga Lake. Private dock for you to swim, fish, dock your boat, dine on the water. Full kitchen and amenities. Directv with most movies and cable. Close to I-87, SPAC, racetrack, downtown. Bottle quality water to shower, drink, cook. Studio has one queen bed and one pullout full size futon. All sheets and towels included. Your private dock for the stay includes 3 lounges to sunbathe with Bluetooth speaker. Bring your kayaks, dock your boat, go for a swim, we even have pool floats for you. The patio area above the dock is for owners only. Private parking for one car. No guests please. Please contact us ahead of time to make arrangements if you’d like to dock your boat. We do live on premises and will need access to dock for our boat, but other than than it’s yours for your entire stay! Location is great for families. The water is shallow and warm. Bring water shoes as it can be rocky. House has good Wifi. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Beautiful view & Great hosts!

John and Barb were so welcoming and accommodating i couldnt have asked for a better experience! Very private neighborhood with a beautiful view! Barb welcomed me with a tour of everything including drinks and snacks, for it being on the same lot as the hosts it was still very private and relaxing! I will definitely be returning!
