It's located only 5 miles away from the Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom & Epcot exits, close to all Orlando attractions. Enjoy the great level of detail, beautiful tile floors, gourmet kitchen, quartz countertops, and much more. Festival Resort offers an exemplary water-park, beach volleyball court, pool side bar and grill, and fully gated community.

The space
Townhome features private heated plunge pool. 2 Master bedrooms, 1 on each floor. This property also comes with a first class, FULL SERVICE property management team on-call 24/7 for maintenance and emergencies. Property management team also provides full concierge and rentals for 4 burner gas grill, wooden crib, or rollaway beds. Home is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each guest. Home is also inspected by management before AND after each arrival and departure to ensure the property remains up to standards.
