House was clean and plenty of room. Nice quiet neighborhood and the pool is heavenly. Check-in was simple and clearly communicated. Awesome host and lovely home. Will look to stay again

Property needs an upgrade. Deck around pool and pool need a deep cleaning. Vents in the house need good cleaning.

Plenty of room

Property needs some attention when it comes to cleanliness. It would have been nice to have had complete vertigo blinds to help keep the place cool and add to the appearance. There was plenty of room in the house and we definitely enjoyed the pool. The bed in the Master bedroom was very comfortable.

Pleasant stay, location was ideal!

Booking was easy and communication with the owner, Jim was great. Property was pleasant throughout and adequate for our needs. Master bedroom sink had rust in it, patio doors were broken and the kettle needs replacing as it kept going off (there is a hob kettle available). We paid for pool heat for the duration but it wasn’t heating up by day 4 so I contacted the management company. They called out the next day and informed us that the heat wasn’t switched on but the previous hirers had paid for heat and it had been left on (obviously not). No offer of compensation despite losing 4 days @ 35 per day. Hopefully we may be contacted for a partial refund as one would expect? We changed our plans to allow for no heat. Location is excellent and we have stayed in this area before at other villas.Would recommend but needs a few improvements.
