Me and my family had an incredible time renting out this actual unit on our vacation, we literally had 0 complaints, the actual rooms were clean, everything was exactly the way that it was presented in the details when we were booking this unit, I would highly suggest anybody looking for an affordable unit and wants to have a certain level of quality and a good time to book this particular unit. We had a great time 5 stars.

Loved the Lazy river

Everything was as described , the host stayed in contact and helped us with anything we needed. The oasis waterpark was the highlight of our stay, the kids and adults all had fun there. The house was beautifully decorated and the pool deck area was private and relaxing. Would definitely choose to stay here on our next trip.

THE EXPERIENCE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER

In addition to bags of sand stored in the rooms of the house, many kitchen items were not as stated in the advertisement.

Stay was wonderful. From asking questions to the booking to the check in and check out they responded very fast, super friendly and helpful. There was some damage in the house and some of the cookware was dirty but we were able to throw into the dishwasher so no big deal. The toaster’s plug was burned and the blinds had a bunch of missing ones so you couldn’t close it to keep people from seeing inside the living room and dining room. They were fast to respond and offered to send someone to fix everything, we knew we were going to be at Disney all day the next day and checking out the following morning but I appreciated the offer to take care of it immediately. My daughter landed up with heat exhaustion so we tried to add late check out so she could rest but it wasn’t available, they were kind enough to give an extra 30 minutes so she could at least rest a little bit more while we loaded everything up. As we were leaving the house keeper was coming and she was super friendly as well. All in all a wonderful stay to let my daughter have a 14th birthday sleepover where we would have enough space so she could invite all of her besties!

The home was clean and as described. The host returned messages quickly and we had an overall pleasant experience. The lazy river was closed during our stay, but that is no fault of the host. The younger kids still loved the mini water slide area. I would stay here again.
