4 Bed Villa with private pool overlooking Golf course and near Disney!

We are offering our fully air conditioned 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa with a heatable pool. It is fully furnished to a high standard and can be comfortably occupied by up to 8 people (plus a baby in a cot).
The accommodation has all the conveniences that you would expect to make your stay 'home from home' which include:-
• Washing Machine
• Tumble Dryer
• Dishwasher
• Fridge Freezer with Ice making facilities
• Microwave
• Cable TVs in 3 Rooms
• DVD / VCR and CD /Radio Cassette Player.
• A Games room with a pool table, Dartboard and Air hockey table.
• Heatable pool with underwater lighting overlooking Golf Course. Please note
pool heating is charged at an additional cost .
• Free Broadband wireless Internet access. (Wi-Fi)
• Books, toys & board games. DVDs & Videos to play.
• Child's cot, Highchair & Pushchair.
• Covered lanai area with ample seating.
• A Disney’s Winnie-The-Pooh themed bedroom.

The villa is located on the Esprit / Fairway Oaks Estate, Davenport, which is only 10 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants. A 24hr Walmart is less than a mile from our Estate – perfect for those late night & early morning arrivals.

Our villa backs onto a 9 Hole golf course which is open to public use (at a fee) so why not play a few rounds whilst you have the chance!

Through renting our villa you will also gain access to the Estate's private Tennis and Basketball courts and you can use the large outdoor Communal Pool at no extra cost.
Due to its location you can enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of your own pool before experiencing the magical world of Disney and the other theme parks.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all dirty sheets and towels in the laundry room
Please ensure you leave by the front door and not the garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool heating is optional and, if required, this would be an additional cost of $20 per day. Pool heating is recommended November to April.
No parties, events or additional guests allowed. Please keep sound levels to a respectful level at all times. Community quiet hours 10pm to 8am.
No RV's, Motorhomes, Boats or Trailers are allowed.

Why they chose this property

After many enjoyable years holidaying in Florida, our children would forever ask when we'd next be taking them to see Mickey and Minnie mouse!

We decided to take the plunge and purchase a new build property set beautifully on the fabulous Esprit Estate in Davenport. Located a mere 10 minutes drive from Disney yet only a couple of minutes from the shops and restaurants, we instantly felt at home.

For the years that followed we've been opening up our much loved home to our valuable guests. We'll do everything we can to ensure your family enjoys a comfortable stay.

What makes this property unique

By renting this villa, you also benefit from exclusive access to the estates amenities.
